I used it to whip up a yummy batch of cookies. I also like the fact that it's healthier than a lot of the other spreads out there!

I received this free from Influenster for testing purposes. I have my usual go to spread, so I was a bit reluctant to try this at first. I was very pleasantly surprised when I did. It spreads so easy! I've tried several different spreads in the past and most ofh the me don't actually spread very well. My ultimate test was using it to make grilled cheese. It spread on the bread with ease straight from the refrigerator! There was no fighting with it, heating it, letting it set out, it simply did what it says it will "spread". I've also used it on veggies and didn't receive any complaints from my picky kids. It has great flavor and I like simple ingredients. I'll definitely purchase this again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been known to use country crock in the past for simple recipes like mashed potatoes to dishes from scratch like pecan pie and dressing on Thanksgiving and my personal experience didn't miss a beat. The butter is smooth to taste and creamy. It adds a slightly salty taste and a silky texture and consistency to the foundation of any dish! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a few years since I have purchased Country Crock though back then I thought it was pretty good. I mostly purchase butter now but occasionally purchase butter-like spreads. When I was given the chance to test this product, I had no reservations. Unfortunately it did not taste how I remembered it. It had an "off" taste and while looking like butter does not come anywhere close in flavor (I know it's not supposed to taste just like it but it is unsettling to me how different it tastes while trying to look the same). I don't know if it is the recipe change or if my taste buds have changed over the years. It's still ok, definitely edible but not something that I would buy. My kids liked it just fine though they are not picky (unless we are talking veggies).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have enjoyed the tub of County Crock Original Spread I picked up recently. The rich buttery flavor is still as amazing as I remember it being when I was a child. It's wonderful to cook and bake with and also spreads very nicely right out of the fridge so no waiting (bonus for this impatient and busy woman). My family and I made some amazing cookies that didn't even last a full day! We'll definitely be making and buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free tub of Country Crock from Influenster in exchange for my review. This is my first time using Country Crock. I wasn't too happy with the way it handled while I was beating some ingredients together. They should have been crumbly and it was more like a smooth ball. I tried adding more flour but no luck. Since it didn't crumble I had to break the dough into small pieces and drop them into my cookies bars instead of simply mixing it with the chips. Now as for the taste. I can't quite put my finger on it but there is something about the flavor that sadly I don't like. It seems creamy enough but it just doesn't have the richness of butter.
