Trying this out again brings me back to their house, with toast or biscuits or peanut butter and butter sandwiches! It tastes very good and spreads wonderfully, making a fantastic grilled cheese sandwich!

This tasted really fake and did not have a pleasant taste at all. It was slightly butter when I melted it on bread but I certainly would not purchase it again. My daughter is a baker and she made some cookies using Country Crock and it was the best cookies yet. They were soft chewy and it tasted delicious. I am keeping this brand in my house for sure.

As far as cooking, I found it to lack flavor and that it too longer to get it to the heat I needed to sauté vegetables. I think that it is a good substitute to have for the easy morning instead of having butter soften. (I received this product for testing purposes).
