I haven't seen a huge improvement, but then again, I'm using it in certain parts of my body rather than my face. It left my skin looking and feeling oily on my face. So it's a no for me there. It also doesn't actually foam. Which makes it seem like it's not actually doing its job. The smell isn't unpleasant, but it's closer to having no smell at all.

However, it can leave it very drying. My skin tends to be very oily, so this acne wash is able to leave it free from any oil or dirt that tries to impact the pores.

He used it for a week and the results were great! The ingredients of the wash was the only thing that made his skin look better and clear after a week. I got a little acme on my face and saw that my daughter -in- law was using it( she is a doctor), so I bought again. It clears my face and makes it smooth. It is well worth the price. It has the highest concentration of benzoyl peroxide that you can get without a presciption, which has helped smooth out my skin quite a bit. It's not a miracle worker - I still get acne sometimes of course, but since using this product I don't get cystic acne nearly as often as before. I will say that the high concentration of benzoyl peroxide is very drying so make sure to use a good moisturizer after you wash your face, and wear spf if you're going outside because it can make your skin more sensitive to UV rays! Also, I have relatively sensitive skin, and as long as I don't put it right under my eyes, it doesn't irritate my skin at all. Overall great product!

The only thing it didn't do for me was foam up. It says it's a foaming wash but its more like a lotion/gel wash. But it still works well. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash is the most gentle Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser type product that I have came across so far. It's effective yet gentle and non-drying. I have tried several different products that contained Benzoyl Peroxide as well but were sensitizing and drying. After using this product for a week my skin is clear and my acne is gone. Also after each use I do moisturizer because the skin will become a little drier naturally from Benzoyl Peroxide. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend.

I am have moderate acne now but at the height of my woes I used benzoyl peroxide and it helped tremendously so I knew this would be good for me. It helped reduce the few pimples that I had on my face the next day. It didn't give me any adverse effects and it was super creamy. This face wash didn't leave me feeling dry but obviously I won't be using everyday. It came in a decent sized container that will last a while and it even had a foil seal to prevent tampering or product spillage.
