They don't absorb nearly as good as the old ones, and the old ones need to absorb better and be 2”-4” longer! The center cut out just makes the sides need to compensate. So if you stand or move it makes them leak. Your quality is going down hill. Put the pad in a v and pour an 18 oz. glass of water and then put any pressure on the sides and see how much they leak! I've been using these for years and am very disappointed with how much the quality has changed for the worse! Guess I need to start buying other brands.

The thickness and the Absorption help so much very nice sensation u feel protection all night or day . Odor free , I will definitely get more of those from now one . I also told my friends about it and they are very happy to know those huge pads exist and they are getting some too . I love it .

When will my local Sam's Club restock the long length 192 ct.? I am not even seeing them in the search, although a different MM pad size shows a comparison chart that includes them. What is going on? Not happy. One star is for this absence. Product earns 5 stars.

Pads don't seem to be as thick as before so must be changed more frequently.
