They really work and they are great because the size is perfect for these type of situations. You want to feel fully comfortable and covered and this makes you feel that way . The only reason why I have 4 stars is because I normally prefer pads with wings , for better attached , but aside from that , they are great and they do last a lot .

Have noticed the pads are thinner than before. Have ordered these for years and seldom have issues with them, just wish they were thicker so I would not have to change them as often. They are the best on the market for incontinenance at a good price!

The pads are long and thick which absorbed very well, the softness of the pads made I feel way more comfortable wearing it. They last me a few hours without itchy or anything. I personally don’t have that heavy of a flow on a regular basis so these are too much for my needs, but I know everyone is different. They’re extremely long and will likely catch any potential leakage. I didn’t notice any foul odor at all, the pads seemed to contain it. Overall a great product if you need something this heavy.
