Never got to use it. Brand new. Says 100% but will not charge any devices. Tried the attached usb-c and multiple cords. When I took it out of package it looked as though it might have been used(dirt/smuge on front bottom corner and scratches on sides) but the package was completely sealed and not possible for someone to have returned a broken one. It definitely came from manufacturer like this. So basically an expensive paper weight.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do, it charged my daughter's iPhone in less than 30 minutes! Work very well on my Android also

Would not take a charge. Was advertised as fully charged and ready to go - showed 0% and would not charge at all. I returned it.

Great item, but the adapter price is to easy to lose. Wish it would be included in a case on the battery so it couldn't be lost.

I used it for about 2 months before it would not charge any devices anymore. The screen LCD shows 100% charged but plugging in cables or using the attached cable yields no power. Absolute waste of money, I am so disappointed.

I've had this charger for right at 4 months, warranty is 3, and I just noticed it will not charge even though it shows 10%. Have only used once since I've had it and it worked just fine. Will try to return/exchange and hopefully Sam's will do the right thing…
