This is the second coffee maker I have had of the same model. It’s easy to use and especially easy to keep clean. Just use vinegar and water, no special cleaners to buy. I love that I can make a 12 cup carafe or use k-cups if we prefer. The glass coffee pot, lid and inside filter basket are all dishwasher safe. Best one on the market and a reasonable price.

Serves coffee very hot …. Excellent…. However coffee basket has issue…. It needs pushed down hard to seat it, otherwise the basket does not drain and you end up with coffee all over your counter…. First 3 tries…. Poor manufacturing…. Not an easy fill as they are in the rear if machine. And not a smart machine like Ninja where you select how many cups. Here, you make what you fill pot chamber with…. Kind of crude. Finally can make coffee without it spilling over into counter.

I’m very happy with my Cuisinart SS-16 series. The glass carafe is the reason I purchased this. Our coffee stays hot until we finish the pot vs my previous stainless steel pot. We had to reheat every cup in our microwave. Previous coffee maker was another brand & I’m happy to be back with Cuisinart!

This is our second Cuisinart dual brew. The single brew side of the first one stopped working after eight years. We have another brand in our RV but prefer the Cuisinart. After researching options online we decided to stick with the Cuisinart. We like the design of the new one better. It makes a good pot of coffee and the pod side has several brew sizes.

Cuisinart makes the best coffee makers. I replaced my old Cuisinart after nearly 20 years. It was still working but I wanted to upgrade to the 2 in 1 model with single serve/carafe options. Its sleek design blended perfectly with my new stainless steel major appliances. And it makes great hot coffee. Would definitely recommend

This is our 3rd Coffee Center 2-in-1 Coffee Maker. They tend to break about 6 months after the warranty runs out but we do use it a lot. We brew a put every day and the pod maker comes in handy for hot chocolate or a decaf cup in the evening. The newest version has some nice enhancements but the buttons are a bit tricky - setting the timer seems to require pressing the button sever times before it will activate.

I love Cuisnart coffee maker- it replaces 2 items on my counter. I had a coffee maker that seem to take long time to brew even after cleaning and a one cup tea maker. The start up instructions were unclear, but after (my daughter figured it out) it is simple to run and quick to fill. I love the single cup for both coffee and hot water for tea. Haven't use the carafe much but will for family gatherings. Cuisnart is a brand I trust for longevity and quality as I have a food processor and double sided waffle maker that are great also. Overall this is a fabulous coffee machine. he only thing I would have liked would have been to allow my old single serving cup, which I filled with my own coffee and used in my old machine does not fit in this machine. Yes they have a separate reusable filter cup and a removable capsule holder. I just would have liked to have only the removable capsule holder and beable to insert my reusable filter cup into it.

This unit is a superb programable combination machine capable of brewing a carafe of coffee and using a pod to make a cup. Especially liked is the fold down stand under the pod side. It allows the user to place a shorter cup or mug on it when brewing a pod thereby keeping the splash to a minimum. The stand folds up to allow a travel mug to be placed underneath to brew a larger amount of coffee. The flexible programming is straight forward and easy to use.

We have had a Cuisinart coffee pot for years. The one we have still works perfectly, we just want to conserve counter space by switching to a single machine for carafe coffee and single serve. This machine is beautiful and easy to use. We like to set the auto brew and have our coffee ready to drink as soon as we get out of bed. We love this machine.
