I’ve had two of these coffee makers quit working while brewing. They were both under warranty and I did receive replacements in a timely manner but it had to be the same one. Why would I want the same one when two had already quit working? I would not buy another Cuisinart Coffee Maker.

This unit is replacing a Cuisinart coffee maker that I purchased in 2016. I lived in Tennessee when I bought it, it moved with me from Tennessee to Ohio and then to Alabama over the course of 8 years. It was a great unit as is the new one. The new one is so much more versatile, we have used the pod side for everything from coffee to mullein tea, it’s a great unit.

Love the looks and options of this. Coffeemaker. Theo lyvissue i have Hadia that it sometimes will not brew the single cup. It spits and steam comes out then it stops, with only a tablespoon of brewed coffee. It ruins the pod, so I have had to toss it. This happens only at the first use of the day. Subsequent brews work great. Sometimes I just brew first cup of day without the pod and it works fine. I think this is an individual issue with my machine. I do want to say customer service is awesome at Cuisinart. They are wonderful and professional.

Been using for two weeks and just love it. Carafe does not drip when pouring like other past versions. Coffee from both the single cup and carafe come out hot and as strong as you want it. Single cup brews in less than 2 minutes and has multiple sizes from 4 oz to 12 oz. Very happy overall!

Really nice machine, an incremental update (upgrade?) from previous versions. Convenience of both types is fantastic. The good: for pods it has multiple selection of sizes, coffee tastes great from both sides, and makes it very quickly. Areas where if addressed I would give it 5 stars: permanent filter lets through grinds still. Using paper ones eliminates it (for 10cups+). Lesser Cuisinart models allow to mute the beeping that coffee is ready or when heating plate timer turns off - why not have this feature here? And last, I'm still waiting for wifi/bluetooth connection and an app to control my coffeemaker. Cuisinart - you must have this already!

The carafe coffee maker makes wonderful hot coffee! The pod (K-Cup) side of the coffee maker does not work as well as the previous model of this dual Cuisinart coffee machine. Can’t figure out the problem. Hot chocolate K-cups do not empty completely. Perhaps not enough pressure? Still trying to figure it out.

It’s a beautiful coffee maker. It works great other than being slightly messy. The k cup section spatters a little and the pot section where you put the grounds in gets a little messy. It’s not bad you wipe it clean pretty easy. We enjoy it and have used it almost every day since we got it.

The coffeemaker makes wonderful coffee! A little complicated at first to set it up to automatically come on in the am, but once you learn it, it’s easy! I had to clean K-Cup side soon after using, but believe it was the cups making it leak. Once I figured that out, it was fine. Love it!!!

I absolutely love it! The way it pours coffee perfectly every time is amazing, and I really appreciate how it keeps my coffee warm throughout the day. It’s such a thoughtful and practical gift. Honestly, this has to be the best Christmas gift I’ve ever received—couldn’t be happier!

The coffeemaker does what it’s supposed to do. It looks great and has a nice (small) footprint. However…the markings on the unit and on the coffee pot are next to impossible to read for anyone with even a slight sight deficiency. I had difficulty even when using a flashlight (caused a glare). I’ve been using a measuring cup to measure water for the carafe. I’ve decided this is ridiculous. I will, unfortunately, be returning the unit and looking for another brand, with clear markings. I hope Cuisinart will make the marking darker, providing more contrast, in the future, as I am otherwise a fan of their products.
