I love my 2 in 1 coffee center! Saves lots of room on my counter top. Only wish is that the pod water container was a lil bigger. Can only make 2 cups of coffee before you have to refill the container. Small hiccup comparing to the advantages of having only one appliance instead of two!

The carafe is great! I like that I can choose to go bold and the heat level for the warmer. However the single serve doesn't get hot enough for me. It will brew the single cup hot but the cup does not stay hot for long even when I warm my cup. If you like to have a leisurely cup of coffee, use the carafe.

Makes great coffee, both brewed and Keurig. One bad feature is that you have to set it to bold every time you do a brew and there’s no way to set it to bold for a timed brew in the future. If you want it bold you should be able to get it bold every time you do a brew. Need to fix this.

This is a really good coffee maker and my third Cuisinart over the last 12 years. But, on this model they went from a 14 cup carafe to a 12 cup carafe, which was a little disappointing. Also, if Cuisinart reads these reviews, please start selling replacement parts, like heating elements.

The quality of your product has diminished. The buttons for brewing did not work, the overall quality of the product not up to the previous coffee pots I have purchased. I returned the machine and purchased a Kuerig that felt much more solid, and actually worked.

This SS-16Coffee Center is a replacement for an older Coffee Center that we used for several years; an SS-15. There are several improvements in the SS-16. The controls are more intuitive and easier to use. The single serve side has a larger water reservoir and it has a coffee cup flip open stand when making coffee. The flip open stand can closed to be used for tall tumblers. The orientation of the single serve component has been switched to the left side of the machine. This makes the Coffee Center easier to fill and access to the carafe for right-handed users. Good upgrade to the older model.

This is the best coffee maker that we have owned. We have used & purchased many of the other brands that have not measured up to this one. The hot coffee temp is perfect & my wife loves the cold brew cycle. Thank you Cuisinart for combining the best features in a coffee maker.

Love the functionality and getting a hot cup of coffee what I don’t like is how noisy it is. My other model was much quieter. Sounds like a spaceship going up when u use the one cup function. I ll deal with the noise because I love a hot cup of coffee

I have been waiting to write my review because of a small issue. I wanted to see if it was a fluke. I bought my 2 in 1 coffee maker one month ago. I absolutely love the look of it, and how quickly it brews! Also love how hot the coffee is! My one concern is when we brew on the auto setting, once the coffee brews the clean light goes on, so the coffee in the pot doesn’t stay hot. Trying to troubleshoot this weekend. Hopefully it’s an easy fix!

This is my second 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker from Cuisinart. The first served for several years and finally just gave out. I love the convenience of being able to choose between a pot and a pod, and the 12-oz option is a plus. My only comments are these: (1) The "pod" side of the machine feels flimsy when operated. Hope it lasts, but every time I push the lid down I almost expect it to break. (2) I wish there were a better way to fill the water receptacle for the carafe. Water tends to stray unless you are SUPER slow and careful while filling. Still, it's a great machine that has way more positives than negatives. I would recommend it.
