Easy to learn how to use. Love that the coffee stays really HOT. Once in awhile, we want just a single cup - so this added single serve isn't another appliance.

Received as a gift. This machine is replacing a keurig and a mr coffee. It saves space since my counterspace is limited. I like the option to pour some coffee while still brewing. I had to re look at the instructions for brewing the single serve.

Not impressed, doesn’t pour out of carafe without leaking everywhere, filter basket bottom gets stuck then you have coffee grounds and water everywhere

More cons than pros. Expensive for what you get. Glorified coffee maker for kcup & pot. Confusing set up with too many buttons for the functions. Doesn't let you keep a pot warm all day.

Excellent coffee maker. Really like that it is versatile enough to use pods or a traditional carafe. The only thing I would add would be to be able to adjust brew strength when using a pod.

Similar to our previous Cuisinart. Only issues, no on/off switch and single pod you have change how many ounces you want…doesn't default to 12 ounces which I like… it's a pain

We purchased the coffee maker and had to return it. Set it up and went to use it and an E07 code came up. We tried cleaning it and it still didn't work. We decided to return it to the store where we purchased it for a full refund.

I loved my cuisinart coffee maker I bought 20 years ago. It is still working but I decided to upgrade to a newer model with an attached keurig. It is fine. Just not as wow worthy as the old one

This leaked water immediately from the bottom. Safety hazard, poorly made. Looks great but faulty. so disappointed as we specifically bought a Cuisinart thinking it would be a quality product. Will have to try to return.

I like the coffee maker. Only thing I'd change is Water is not hot enough for the pods. After I add cream to my coffee it is just warm to almost hot. I don't use it often. Mostly use the carafe which is hot enough for my liking.
