[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this coffeemaker. It’s beautiful and by a great brand, but I could never get it to work with my lifestyle. I could never get it to make a pot of coffee that tasted good. Since the carafe is glass and not insulated, the coffee was most often cold by the time I was ready for a cup. I don’t like how you can’t remove the water container and have to pour water in. Probably a minuscule downfall, but I keep the coffeemaker under my cabinets and I always spill water all over the counter.

This is a convenient product because you can make drip coffee and use k-cups (disposable or reusable). It requires a little bit of work to set up since it is a double use machine but it was easy following the directions. I like that you can program it to start your coffee at a set time and you can also make over ice coffee with either the drip side or k cup side. I took off 1 star because the reusable filter it comes with did not sift my ground coffee very well. This was easily remedied using a paper filter. It is also a little hard to pour the water from the carafe into the reservoir due to the bulk of the carafe.

As a resident of the pacific northwest, I love a good cup of coffee, and I like to have it multiple ways, multiple times a day. The first thing I noticed when I brought this out of its package was how chic and beautiful it was- it has a very clean, intuitive design, and was easy to assemble. The clock is easy to set, and you can make a 12 cup carafe of coffee (first brew!), or switch to iced coffee or a single k cup later in the day. I love the simplicity and versatility of being able to brew THREE different ways - with my own grind in the carafe, with my own grind in a reusable pod (yes please), or with a standard k-cup like pod. It was very easy to use and personalize depending on who you are making coffee for, or whatever you are feeling. Or switching to decaf later in the day.... Overall great construction and will be a new staple appliance in my kitchen.

It also has custom options so you can have a stronger brew or lighter brew like me. It also is great to make single serving instead of making a whole pot and potentially wasting coffee. This was very easy for me to set up and use. The instruction manual is very user friendly. Best of all the coffee tastes amazing when I use this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes great coffee. You can use the carafe side to make a pot of coffee, and you can choose over ice or bold flavor settings. I prefer ice coffee so that is a big plus for me. The other side you can use your favorite pods or a refillable pod of your favorite coffee. Each side has its own water tank . You can also set the timer for when you want your brew to start and it has a automatic off feature so you don't have to worry about it staying on if you don't want it to. It even has carbon filters for each water tank so you get the best tasting brew each time. I definitely recommend this machine to anyone who loves a good cup of coffee.

I have been using a single cup espresso machine for such a long time, I really had no idea what I was missing. The ability to just brew, one quick, hot cup coffee, or have the larger carafe is so amazing. Now that my son has started going to preschool, I can time my coffee in the morning, so I don’t waste time doing espresso machine like I did before. Then when I have family in town, and everyone wants a cup of coffee, it doesn’t take forever and stays warm. Love it love it love it!!

The assembly was pretty straight forward (I rarely read manuals and instructions) and I was able to brew some delicious black coffee in a matter of minutes. I used the carafe side first and I really enjoy the design and the comfortable handle. The pod side was a little finicky at first but after a few days I got a hold of the process, and it was a breeze to work with. My favorite thing is the fact that i can fit my small travel mug under it and have my coffee on the go. I have used other coffee makers in the past but i enjoy having the Cuisinart Coffee Center 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker because i have options when it comes to my special drink which quickly became the highlight of my day.

With so many touchscreens these days, it was great to see some physical buttons to select your favorite type of brew. The pod system opens and closes with ease and leaves no doubt that it is secure. Some other models pop open and then require cleaning; not this model, however. The brew was ready in no time, so if you're running late it won't because it took too long to make your coffee. It also accommodates smaller or larger mugs with the flip down tray. Also noticed there was no extra dripping after making the brew, so no extra cleanup is needed. Overall a great coffee maker whether you like hot or over ice, small or large - it makes a brew just for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all it looks great, it matches my stainless steel and black appliances perfectly. I love the dual brewing option, it’s a must for me. We use the single serving during the week and the full pot for the weekends. The full pot works good, it brews fast and I like that it has a separate water reservoir so I don’t have to make a set amount. The amount of water I put in is what it makes. I like that you can use pods or ground coffee for the single side. I prefer to use the reusable filters with the ground coffee but they do leave some fine grounds on the bottom of my cup. I also like that it has so many brewing options and cup sizes. I drink a lot of ice coffee in the summer so this is great for me. I absolutely love this coffee machine!
