[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a 2-in-1 coffeemaker. I love that this can replace the keurig and the pour over coffee maker that we currently have in the kitchen! It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be which makes it a great space saver. It definitely has a very attractive design. The initial setup was easy. It's not as intuitive as far as the programming goes, but the manual is very easy to understand. I love that you can set different temperatures for the warming plate. We typically use the low setting so that we can drink it as soon as it's poured instead of having to wait for it to cool down. I have two minor complaints with this product. One being that it makes a constant electronic humming noise. It's not super loud if you're across the room, but if you're standing next to the maker it's obvious. Not a huge complaint but kind of an annoyance if you're sensitive to sounds. My other complaint is the lip on the carafe doesn't allow you to completely empty it. Overall though, I do really like this coffeemaker. The pros outweigh the cons and I would still recommend it.

A couple things that I didn't love though. It comes with some charcoal filters that seem disposable, and requires 2 at a time. Will I need to continuously buy some proprietary filters? Additionally I like that this can use pods, but other than the reusable pod it came with, it does not say what kinds of pods are compatible. Keurig seems obvious, but there are lots of pod coffee machines and it doesn't say what kind to use. I tried a Nespresso virtuo one and that definitely didn't work. Would like some instruction on the pod compatibility.

I am a coffee lover ! I am really excited to try this new coffeemaker! I drink coffee every morning !! This is the best coffeemaker that i have now!!!!! I love the fact that it is a 2 in 1 machine, which is a space saver on my counter, i can either make a cup for myself or 12 cups of coffee to share with my families, really convenient. It is simple to use with many brewing options. I like to use the reusable filter more because i can use my favorite ground coffee with it. It is very easy to clean and maintain. Would recommended!

The ease of the functions between single serve or a full pot of coffee is great. I started with the pod coffee and it worked great. Then the next day I made a full pot. Both times the coffee tastes better than my other machine. It also has iced coffee function which is great on a hot day. I taste my coffee better not bitter. Great machine

On the weekends I make the carafe for my husband and I but during the week I use a kcup for a to go coffee. I love that it comes with the reusable filters and that isn’t an extra expense for me to buy. I did have an issue with the programmed brew but honestly that is probably user error and I haven’t had time to mess with it. If you want a versatile coffee maker that does it all this is a solid option.

The option to brew a single cup or a larger jug is fantastic, with a generously sized carafe, especially for those unexpected guests. The single-serve side is my go-to for quick mornings. The built-in filters are cost effective. Compatible with any coffee pod, it's just convenient! The optional reusable filter cup is a plus, and it even works with Keurig K-Cups. Pouring hot coffee over ice for iced coffee is a makeshift but serves the purpose. The water reservoir is ample, with easy detachment making refilling so easy. The modern display is nice. The only caveat is its height, requiring a foot of space between the machine and the top surface. Despite this, I received numerous compliments for its sleek stainless-steel design. The setup was easy and the controls are intuitive. Pleased with the charcoal water filters in both reservoirs and being able to load your own reusable k-cup lets you serve any size coffee and decrease waste from single use pods. I can’t wait to set this up in a dedicated coffee bar area so I can program it to brew before I wake up!

I am a big iced coffee fan, while my husband enjoys his coffee hot, this is the perfect all in one coffee maker for our family! It fits perfectly on my counter, has a great stainless look to it, and is easy to use! It brews a whole carafe of iced or hot coffee when you need more coffee for the day, and it brews a cup when you only need one cup at a time! Its compatible with regular coffee and also compatible with k-cups. This coffee maker is super quite, you barely hear it running, which is awesome with a little one in the house!
