Not user friendly. Older model was easier to use This model does not on and off switch. Various pod cup sizes are nice

It’s leaking tons of water internally so I’m going to have to return it. It’s a great product in theory. Execution not so much.

Easy to use, beautiful looking appliance, so many functions. Hot pot of coffee, iced coffee, any style of Keurig or just plain hot water.

First one Cuisinart the clock would not work correctly. Cuisinart another one and the Pod side will not work.

Couldn't love it more. Better tasting coffee than the one it replaced. It has all the features I wanted. And you can't beat a 3 year warranty.

Both the coffee pot and the single serve constantly overflow and get coffee grinds in your coffee. Ready to pitch it and go back to Keurig

Wow I have had come other coffee maker from this company and this one is by far the best I have ever had my wife loves the iced coffee feature
