We own a first edition 2-in-1 and really like the drop down option on the single cup to avoid coffee overspray on the counter. Both options make a great cup of coffee.

The machine does not stop brewing when you pull the carafe out. A large amount of steam rushes out, coffe goes onto wamer plate possibly causing injury

This model has added over ice features, brews faster and is easier to use then the previous model it replaces. I love the bold brew feature and being able to adjust the warming time to keep my coffee hot longer.

Traded older model for this unit. Loved other model just wanted to upgrade. Great move. Smaller space yet better electronics. Easier and faster then older one. Brews “ better” coffee on either side. No idea why but wow what a difference.

This is our second 2 in 1 coffee maker. We ran a pot of coffee and it worked fine, but the single serve selection buttons didn't work at all. Had to return the unit.

We love this, we got it for Christmas and we love it, only a few downfalls- not all all travel coffee mugs will fit- if you want them to you have to take the base out. The writing is coming off of the pod button

This is by far best coffee maker we’ve ever had, love the simplicity and setting, anyone who doesn’t rate this at least 4 stars is just wanting to complain

This is the best coffee maker, if you want a pot or single serve. Easy to use, love the filter in both water receptacles. Makes a wonderful hot cup of coffee

Really like the brew speed and temperature of coffee. Also love the dual choice of one cup or more and being able to use my own grounds instead of buying expensive pods all the time for one cup.
