The Shelf is not leveling at any place. one of the sticks seems to be off on height. As a result cannot use the wheels and had to use the leveling feet to adjust for it.

The “shelf sleeves” are two parts that are meant to click together, none of them do, they are too small to click into place and just fall off. The whole thing is unusable without these so I’ll be returning it. I tried to add photos but it’s not allowing me.

I am not sure if maybe the quality control has fallen off since the positive reviews in 2025, but these might be the worst shelves I have ever put together. The way they are designed made both of the ones I ordered incredibly crooked. When I first started putting them together, I noticed the poles were crooked coming from the bottom shelf, but figured that they would be forced into alignment with more shelves. Adding more shelves just made them more rigidly crooked. I like the idea and theoretical value so I didn't put 1 star, but the quality is terrible.

The flat metal rim of each shelf flexes very easily. There are a lot less cross section reinforcement for each shelf. The 2-black-piece to hold each self does not stay in place; a push down with one palm (as I sat on the floor) would move the entire shelf down. This means that this shelf cannot carry a total load of 1200 lbs as advertised.
