My doctor helped me loose 66 pounds by eating under 100 carbs a day. Changed my eating habits, and the weight loss has helped my knees. Once in awhile, just want a little treat. These are perfect at only 10 carbs.

A good snack-tasty with relatively healthy ingredients. I liked this better when there were equal numbers of Dark Chocolate Nut and Caramel Cashew varieties… not a fan of the peanut butter flavor bars
