[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure, I originally got these for an older family member - BUT I did try them because I had the flu and a horrible cough that sometimes made me pee a little, which is embarrassing but it gave me the perfect way to test them! These were a godsend. They fit like underwear (these were a tad big but better big than small) and gave me the security I needed so that I could get over being sick and not worry when I had a bad coughing fit. They also were super absorbent and very leakproof. I was 100% confident wearing them. While they were surprisingly comfortable (I mean, they looked huge compared to a maxi pad) they had an underwear vibe with a touch of diaper. That said, they are versatile - they would be be perfect for someone who needed extra coverage for anything from a very heavy period or regular incontinence or just lots of coughing like me. My older relative likes them because they are discreet and comfortable especially for times at night when she can’t make it to the bathroom in time. I’m glad there are products to help all ages with things that could be embarrassing. These are great problem solvers and give the wearer some dignity.

In spite of numerous surgeries and procedures, however, my mother-in-law has struggled with this problem for decades. When I saw this pop up as a "free product" alert from Influenster I immediately checked with her and got the size she needed. (Please note that the following information is from the feedback I received from my mother-in-law and not from my personal experience.) My mother-in-law, who has always used Depends, said that she really likes the Always product much more than what she has been using for ages. She noted that the sizing on the leg opening is perfect. The panties do not bunch / ride up at all. The absorbency is excellent and keeps her skin dry. Likewise, the sizing is "spot on." They have proven to hold up well, but do not last her 12-hours, but neither do the Depends. She mentioned that, although they are otherwise extremely comfortable, the only negative is that the waistband sits just below her waistline instead of at the waist, which is the one area that Depends offers. The crotch is narrower and made to fit women better than other brands I’ve tried. These fit well, hugging your body, with elastic stitching to help with both movement and containment. But they don’t feel like you are suffocating in a plastic bag or giant diaper. They breathe. There is a faint scent to help mask odor. And they absorb quite a bit…more than I expected. And because they’re made by Always, they paid special attention to ensure you don’t feel wet. The diaper pulls moisture away from your skin so you aren’t too miserable trying to find a restroom to replace it. It’s a sad reality of aging, especially if you’ve had children. You sometimes need protection. Luckily, Always branched out from menstrual products and crafted these wonderful disposable underwear/panties. I “always” will have them on hand. Pun intended.

She said they were extremely soft and felt just like a pair of underwear and not like a cheap rough generic diaper. She said they fit her comfortably and the size was perfect. They looked fine under her clothing and she felt extremely confident wearing them. Such a great product and so happy my mother extremely pleased with them. Highly recommend!

Also, for laughs with the ladies, these definitely came in handy. They are just fun and practical on girls' weekend. The fact that we use these just makes it more comical. You can’t even tell that you’re wearing them through your clothes they have the ultimate protection it turns any leakage into like a gel inside the padding. So I’m at the age where sometimes my bladder leaks or sometimes I may not quite make it. So they are super absorbent very comfortable. So if you’re having any issues, I recommend giving these a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To test out this product I poured 1 cup of colored water into the center. There were no leaks anywhere! The absorbency is fabulous. The material is very soft and comfortable and fits such a range of sizes that no one should have a problem finding the right size. If/when the time comes for me, I will know exactly what to buy! It would help to have an XS size, but the S/M will do.
