I will admit i got these thinking they were an over night pad and thats what I used them for. All of us Mom's have "The Sneeze", the cough, the startle, the laugh. Whatever happens that causes a little problem. We dont talk about it cause it's embarrassing and gross. But it is a fact of life and just one of the many ways we sacrifice our bodies to be Mom's. I liked being able to sleep without stress my cycle was leaking or fear of the middle of the night cough that would send me running (half asleep) to the bathroom trying to hold the cough till it was safe to cough. These protected me and my bedding. They fit very comfortably but im a tosser and turner and they do bunch on the sides but I dont belive it was so much the pad as it was my bad sleeping habbits.

Always has been a brand that I could trust to do the job, and this product did not disappoint. The sizing is good, and they are comfortable to wear under my clothes. It locks in leaks and odors so no one knows I’m wearing them. They are lightly scented which was okay for me but might cause irritation for some. Overall I was happy with these.

She said they were extremely soft and felt just like a pair of underwear and not like a cheap rough generic diaper. She said they fit her comfortably and the size was perfect. They looked fine under her clothing and she felt extremely confident wearing them. Such a great product and so happy my mother extremely pleased with them. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say that the size is true to the box. The product is strong and is very absorbent. The material was very soft. As for the comfort the only problem I had was the pad was to thick and it felt bunchy between my legs.

I’m 5’4 and 139 lbs and a size S/M fits me well. I had pelvic surgery and these underwear came in handy. They hold leakage and are very comfortable and breathable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankfully, I am not to the point where I am in need of disposable panties as I do not suffer from incontinence. In spite of numerous surgeries and procedures, however, my mother-in-law has struggled with this problem for decades. When I saw this pop up as a "free product" alert from Influenster I immediately checked with her and got the size she needed. (Please note that the following information is from the feedback I received from my mother-in-law and not from my personal experience.) My mother-in-law, who has always used Depends, said that she really likes the Always product much more than what she has been using for ages. She noted that the sizing on the leg opening is perfect. The panties do not bunch / ride up at all. The absorbency is excellent and keeps her skin dry. Likewise, the sizing is "spot on." They have proven to hold up well, but do not last her 12-hours, but neither do the Depends. She mentioned that, although they are otherwise extremely comfortable, the only negative is that the waistband sits just below her waistline instead of at the waist, which is the one area that Depends offers. She appreciated the opportunity to try the Always Discreet Essentials Disposable Incontinence Underwear for Women and will look for them at her local store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Underwear are comfortable and absorbent. But I would not recommend they stay on for 12 hours. While they tend to keep moisture away from the skin it’s not perfect. Especially in warm weather. Skin breakdown risk increases.
