I got the Ninja Slushi for my husband who is diabetic thinking we could enjoy sugar free slushies. I bought sugar free lemonade to try it out and the machine began to stop on its own. I read the manual just to find out the machine only works with sugary drinks. Very disappointed especially because Ninja does not disclose this information.

I am a slushy girl, I always have been and always will be. I have love them since I was a little girl. As an adult my son knows the way to my heart is a big slush, sooo with that being said, where have you been all of my life, I have waited long enough. I got it as a gift and I love it so much I want another one just in case, lol. I put in a carton of Minute Maid berry punch and out came pure heaven. If I had bought it I would buy it again and if you don't have one yet, just on the waitlist and BUY it as soon as you get the email, because they GO quickly. I couldn't wait until Christmas and my birthday was in May, so I asked and it showed up, I'm so thankful and happy. It only took 20 mins to get slushy and clean up was a breeze. I can't wait to share with the rest of my family and make some adult beverages. NINJA does it again, my kitchen is full of NINJA. GO GET YOU ONE ASAP.

I got this as a gift about it a month ago and absolutely love it! It slushes any beverage within minutes! Clean up is extremely easy especially considering the rinse feature. It’s sounds like an air purifier when in use so pretty quiet for my liking! Highly recommend if you love slushies and milkshakes!!

The NINJA slushi was a device I didn't know I needed until I got one. I was told about them and thought, "I can make what I want with a blender!" But there is no comparison in the quality of the drinks made with the SLUSHI compared to the blender. I've made Frappe, frosen juice, frozen blush wine (it can turn a cheap bag o wine into something drinkable) to margaritas and whiskey sours. The machine is quite and typically takes only 15 to 20 minutes to slush. Easy to use and clean. I typically rinse 2-3 times then wash with soapy water. Did I mention how quiet it is? Great for get togethers or making treats for kids. There are ton's of recipes for the SLUSHI online.

It is a really great product. I would definitely recommend buying it. The people who gave it a bad review as far as cleaning must be very nasty people. And the ones who gave it a bad review for not working properly is because they did not read directions. It almost had me to consider not buying by reading some of the reviews but I took a chance anyway and I could not be happier!

The machine is great , it makes awesome slushies , however there is one major flaw with the product , and it's a clean/health issue , the lip on the bottom cannister get's clogged with gunk after a few uses , you can actually see it to start build up , and the space is about as small as a single piece of wax paper , so you can't get a brush in there to clean it out. The problem is if you have a very strong tasting slushie , and you make a somewhat "neutral" slushie , you will taste the flavor of the last slushie you made in the new one , i made a "grape" soda slushie , and after thoroughly cleaning the vessel and making a coffee frappe i could still taste the grape in the frappe. After about making 5-6 slushies and the last one being an orange soda , you can see the orange buildup under the lip , it's a serious design flaw that they need to remedy by making a revision on the vessel so that one won't be an issue , and people who have the slushie machine with the old vessel should get a discount on a new vessel. the solution is simple... make it solid so there isn't a space in between the lip and the wall...i for one don't even see why it even has a lip there , it makes no sense to start with. I don't see this vessel last more then a month before the gunk just gets too nasty to where you would even want to use the vessel, not to talk about if you use milk mixture and it get's into the crevice it's going to be a whole new issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet and intuitive with cleaning. It works very fast and holds a lot of liquid. The spiked slush, slush and milkshake settings add a lot of versatility with this machine. It is sturdy and doesn't take up much space. My only complaint is not being able to make zero sugar drinks, but I've been working on ways to make a drink as low carb as possible

Makes bad grinding noise seen many reviews its a problem. I own neverstick set, coffee system,blender,chopper,air fryer,xl indoor grill,never dull and a couple of air fryers never been dissapointed like this machine.i love ninja and waited a while to finally get this slushie machine and thumbs down.

I have only used it 4 times with soda for the kids and they loved it. I tried it once with a pre-mixed margarita mix and I needed to add water as it indicated the alcohol content was too high. But it worked well. Easier to clean than I would have expected. Looking forward to trying other beverages.
