In a preliminary way I'll say this: We "luv" it. We've only had it for two weeks, we used it three times; it's great! It is just what we expected. The clean up is super easy; what we made in it was as expected. Note: All, all recopies need to be adjusted slightly; this is based on how much product you are making according to the number of people/servings you are making it for. Throw whatever you want into the machine; (with no chunks) with at least 1/2 cup of sugar and adjust the freeze time. (Be patient)

After 15 failed attempts to order this machine, I finally got my hands on it, and it's been worth the wait! We absolutely love it and use it daily to make all sorts of fun, refreshing slushies. It's easy to use, and the texture it creates is perfect—exactly what I was hoping for! However, I do have one issue with the vessel. It stains easily and no matter how hard I scrub, I can't get it clean. Worse, it gets slush or liquid stuck in the seams that won’t come out, which makes it look like it’s on the verge of molding. This is a bit concerning, but we make sure to clean the machine thoroughly after each use. Overall, despite the flaw with the vessel, we love this machine and it’s become a staple in our kitchen!

I bought two ninjas one works pretty good the other we had to return. Some glitches and things just didn’t work. It doesn’t really last 12 hours either machine didn’t and they didn’t slush as good as I thought they would but nice product for the one that works overall for events

I'm soooo happy with my Ninja slushie maker,,I finally opened it and made slushie and its everything people are saying about it. Happy I received mine when I did, truly worth the wait. If Ninja ever make a bigger maker for personal use, I'll be getting one!

My daughters and I were so excited when the Slushi came out that I ordered it that day. Luckily, we somehow managed to get our order in while it was still in stock. And it's no surprise that it is constantly out of stock, because the Slushi is so much fun to have! We use it every day, it has been an awsome addition to our summer fun!

I got the machine about two weeks ago after waiting quite a while. It is a beautiful machine worked extremely well easy to take care of and clean. Takes about 15 minutes to freeze orange juice or Coca-Cola in about 45 minutes to freeze spiked drinks I use it almost a daily basis. Period the only thing I wish was that it had a bigger tank so I could use it more at parties, but other than that, it is a fantastic machine.

I have purchased 5 of these so far, planning on one more. 5 are gifts. I dropped a star because of the poor design of the chamber, as it has a lip on the inside that collects debris. It does not matter if I wash it as soon as I am done dispensing or not. It requires some ingenuity to clean the lip, I went to the googles to see how others cleaned and have tried all of the different hacks with no success so far. Next is me purchasing a water pick to clean it which I have put off because I have spent so much on the machine that I should not have to purchase something just to clean it.

I have had time to use this machine enough to know that I Absolutely love it! We live in Texas and we have very hot summers so this is great to be able to have this wonderful machine. I will say you must READ the DIRECTIONS! There is also stickers on the machine that are reminders! It only takes 5 minutes!

I bought this item 6 months ago. There is a serious design flaw in the machine that allows mold to grow in a section along the edge of the tank that is completely inaccessible for cleaning. This poses both hygiene concerns and operational challenges. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue directly with the Ninja, they have refused to provide support, including declining to offer a replacement unit or even sell us a replacement part. We find this lack of accountability unacceptable, especially given the potential health risks and the importance of proper sanitation in food and beverage equipment. Buy at your own risk. Do a search and you will find this is a wide spread problem with all the units they sell and they refuse to do anything about it.

I was lucky enough to catch this the few minutes it was in stock online and I am so thankful! It’s amazing!! So far we have made frozen juice, slushies and frappes. It’s easy to use and clean and overall amazing! This was a great addition to our ninja collection!
