I looovvveee my slushy machine. I was a lol intimidated at first reading all the posts about the issues others were having. I waited a day once I recieved mine, and made a blue raspberry slushy using just kool-aid, and blue raspberry syrup!! I came out perfect!!

Not impressed. can't make sugar free drinks. Even the consistency of drinks with sugar aren't with the right consistency as other machines. After drink is slightly slushy, it will not dispense with a good flow. With good conscience I DO NOT recommend this product. I will be returning mine.

My wife and I purchased this for our Christmas gift to each other. So far we've used it four times and the Ninja Slushi has worked perfectly! We've used fruit juice three times and a pina colada mix once, all on the slushy setting. We had to increase the cooling factor by one click using the pina colada mix, very user friendly though!

I bought this about a month ago and I am really enjoying it. It’s very quiet, easy to clean and so easy to use. You don’t have to remember to freeze anything or do prep work, just plug it in and add a liquid with sugar and you’re good to go. It is so fast too, only takes 15-20 minutes. I really enjoy using the slushy machine. I am glad I purchased it.

Makes bad grinding noise seen many reviews its a problem. I own neverstick set, coffee system,blender,chopper,air fryer,xl indoor grill,never dull and a couple of air fryers never been dissapointed like this machine.i love ninja and waited a while to finally get this slushie machine and thumbs down.

Well, I would be loving it, however, I make a batch and start freezing it, friends come over, drink it all. But seriously, it's the coolest device that I have ever owned. The texture is awesome. Clean up is a breeze. And my friends couldn't stop raving about how good it is. I may have to get up really early to make my own frappe.

Purchased and then found out that you cannot put anything sugar free or diet into the machine. I am diabetic and can never find SF frozen drinks. So this is the reason I bought it. I wish that it was on the packaging somewhere that you cannot use it with SF products.

Got it for Xmas after lusting over it since it launched. Did so much research about it before hand. Great reviews, no where could we find a second hand one for sale online, so figured everyone was loving it and this would be a decent investment for my partner and I. Wrong! Slushies, milkshakes, frappes - nothing worked. It either doesn't pour out, it's filled with air or not frozen. So frustrating, but mostly just disappointed. We wanted to love this so much, and we're so excited for it. I would return it if I could, but the box went out with all the Christmas garbage. So sad!
