Disappointed you have to use sweetened liquid juices for it to freeze.

Product works as advertised. Easy to clean, some tight corners are a bit more tedious if you don't clean ASAP.

I enjoyed the drinks that I've made so far. Please change the model engineering to ensure that you can make both sugar free and sugar drinks without having to add extra ingredients.

This worked only one time after receiving it. I returned to Walmart nearly 3 weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Clearly these Slushi machines are over rated and overpriced.

Reason for a 3 star on ease of use, is due to trying to get the correct amount of sugar content to have it freeze properly was difficult but once you got it it works perfectly. i have not tried to use one of the recipes that it comes with yet but i wohld imagine it works with no problem. Easy to clean it says dishwasher safe but some get really hot so i cleaned it by had. the rinse feature is great makes the cleaning easy. Just be cautious when making your own mixes besure to get the correct amount of sugar or alcohol content. Overall i am very please with this product.

So far so good, been making all type of slushes and milk shakes the last few weeks and it's been great, the 5 features has been nice diversity; from apple juice slush, to cream soda slush, to milk shakes it's all been good. Wish I would have gone a little bigger but fits nicely on the counter. The only negative is it's not really 88oz of liquids you can put in, it's only 64oz liquid, so the labeling is a little miss leading.

Bought this as a Bridal Shower gift & it was put to use immediately! Everyone at the party enjoyed a nice cold slushy as it was a nice hot, outside bridal shower! Would definitely recommend!

this is amazing!!! we made our first milkshake. this mixture came in great and i tell you what, it made the best milk shake. although we made too much. we just had to increase the coldness but it did it's job. i want the next ninja ice cream maker next. I would tell everybody, GET ONE!!!

MOLD ISSUES -I'm upset about the design of this product. We clean right after each use. I noticed nasty mold. I'm allergic to mold. I've tried everything to clean this and for the money spent on this is ridiculous with how it gets trapped in the creases. This product should have a recall! Very upset for price paid now can't use the machine due to mold trapped will not come out of the creases. I've used a waterpiker wasn't successful My rating is low due to poor quality of making of the machine.

I got this in January and after the first couple of uses I too had problems with the space on the lip of the vessel. I bought a waterpick that was suggested by others to clean it but that hasn't worked. I can never catch when Ninja has them in stock to replace it. I agree it is an expensive paperweight and I am not buying another to have similar problems. I will just sit there not being used. I have bought other Ninja products their multi cooker, air fryer, the food processer and creami but I won't buy anymore because of this problem. I rinsed right away, I clean all parts right after rinsing and nothing was in it for very long. No use putting up pictures doesn't help anything or anybody obviously.
