Does not stand by their product, was told that I would get a replacement once the part was back in stock only to be told it wasn't covered.

It was the highlight for Thanksgiving . We really appreciate it and loved it. It never stopped running. It’s still running now.

Wonderful product! Purchased as a gift, but I keep hearing daily all of the wonderful ways the Ninja Slushi can be used

kept stopping and not working. So i plugged in and still would not work even after resetting the machine

I waited with anticipation for months, and it was finally in stock. It is the best ever!! I love it. And so easy to clean.

We got this 3 weeks ago. Only have gotten to use twice but so far we love it. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Freaking love this thing!! I've had for about a month now and I've used it almost ever day!!! In love!!!

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it. This grandma is a hit with the slushy. Next is milk shakes.

Love this machine, it has worked great for slushies, wine slushies and milkshakes. Definitely put liquid in cold for quicker slushies!

Great item! Works like a charm. The only flaw I’m seeing is the flaw in the clear plastic container that makes it hard / impossible to clean.
