We bought for a Christmas present for son and family. So they will have to review it after Christmas.

Easy to use. Makes great drinks. I also have a commercial frozen drink machine that takes hours to freeze but the Ninja only takes a few minutes!

Not really happy with product. Does not freeze as stated. Not able to add a little alcohol to machine when making drinks.
