Simple to use and clean

It is a perfect size for one or two people. Chicken tenders were done perfectly.  Nicely browned

small and compact, easy to store

This broke before we could even get it out of the box. There is really thin piece of plastic which it required to align the glass bowls to the heating portion. This broke as we were unwrapping the plastic from the unit rendering the entire product unusable.

Disappointed after highly anticipating this

We are using this device MUCH more than we did our previous air fryer.  So easy to access the food, see the food as it cooks, to clean up afterward.  So many recipes available out there and love using it.  My only complaint it the sound it makes when it starts and stops.  It's short, .. but fingernails on a chalkboard.
