The best use that I have found is to wear them in addition to a pad, whether it's for your period or incontinence. I would not use them in place of pads but rather as a back up for leakage. They are very comfortable.

I would NEVER wear these alone! Personally, I think they're perfect as backup protection when wearing pads, tampons, or a menstrual cup. If you're at work all day, you can easily change a pad or tampon, but what are you supposed to do when your underwear reaches maximum capacity? Pack a spare pair and change your drawers at lunch? 🤣🩲 I think these are fantastic for catching those unexpected leaks and giving us extra peace of mind! That's exactly how I'd use them. Because ladies life can get messy, and we ain't no Messy Bessies! 😂💕

First time trying period underwear. The absorbency seems to work well, and brief itself is a nice shape. My complaint is that there is a very prominent seem right across the middle of the rear. It's very visible under clothing and actually uncomfortable.

These are comfortable and feel durable. They hold a reasonable amount of fluid. However, they need to be changed frequently throughout the day due to foul odor. I will wear them out but would not purchase them again.

I feel the need to play a bit of Devil's advocate here. There are a lot of paid reviews on this product and I think they should be balanced with some other unbiased reviews. Let me start by saying that these do fit well and they are thin . However, saying they do not leak is a bit of a stretch. They definitely seem to syphon out to the outside in small amounts. It isn't a huge amount but when dabbed on the outside after only a few hours of wear, you will come away with some blood.

Decent material but poorly constructed. Extra thick seam that cuts about 1/3 of the way up the back of the underwear creating a gap for leaks and making them very uncomfortable to wear.

sizing is so off! I'm a Medium in everything and these are so tight at the top waist band it's uncomfortable. I'm already bloated on my period so not what I want. agree with the comments. the bottom part is bulky where it stops and you can see if not only through leggings but also pants.. don't recommend.

didn't work for me not very absorbant

These do not work well compared to the Uniqlo and Thinx brands. The coverage area does not extend up the back and it leaked after one hour of wear during a regular day. I would not recommend it.
