Do these really work for incontinence? Anyone tried them that can say??

These are comfortable and feel durable. They hold a reasonable amount of fluid. However, they need to be changed frequently throughout the day due to foul odor. I will wear them out but would not purchase them again.

First time trying period underwear. The absorbency seems to work well, and brief itself is a nice shape. My complaint is that there is a very prominent seem right across the middle of the rear. It's very visible under clothing and actually uncomfortable.

Feels like wearing a tent skin tight against your bare body. The pad liner is very thin which is great for mobility and comfort, but you will be smelling funky after wearing these.

I feel the need to play a bit of Devil’s advocate here. There are a lot of paid reviews on this product and I think they should be balanced with some other unbiased reviews. Let me start by saying that these do fit well and they are thin . However, saying they do not leak is a bit of a stretch. They definitely seem to syphon out to the outside in small amounts. It isn’t a huge amount but when dabbed on the outside after only a few hours of wear, you will come away with some blood.

Decent material but poorly constructed. Extra thick seam that cuts about 1/3 of the way up the back of the underwear creating a gap for leaks and making them very uncomfortable to wear.

didn't work for me not very absorbant

sizing is so off! I'm a Medium in everything and these are so tight at the top waist band it's uncomfortable. I'm already bloated on my period so not what I want. agree with the comments. the bottom part is bulky where it stops and you can see if not only through leggings but also pants.. don't recommend.

These do not work well compared to the Uniqlo and Thinx brands. The coverage area does not extend up the back and it leaked after one hour of wear during a regular day. I would not recommend it.
