[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a gerbil quality made hose and decided to purchase the copper bullet hose and when I received it it was very surprised with the quality tested it right away no more clutter in the yard it's a great product

The item is no the same if the picture or the quality or color

l like that it retracts so you are not struggling with a regular hose

not copper bullet but a fake

every women shound get one hooking up easy

Crappy hose it breaks at the faucet and springs leaks not worth the money

It's a knockoff product

It is very lightweight; however, it gets caught on the concrete and rips easily. It is full of little holes. Very disappointed.

I was VERY disappointed that the item went on sale for $20 less the very next day. You could have emailed me and credited my card the $20

A little expensive but worth it. No pinched hose, With thumb, can turn the water on or off. Easy dial to turn modes of water. Great water hose.
