This pergola weighs about 400 lbs, and arrives in a big semi. The driver was kind enough to drop it in my back yard. I had to help him push this monster through gravel, and it was heavy. It comes very well packaged and instructions were clear. Each piece is labeled, and it's logical to assemble. You will need a large step ladder, and two people who are will to spend about 4 hours from start to finish. Finally, if attaching in cement, you absolutely need a strong hammer drill. That was definitely the hardest part of the job. As you can see in the photo, it is tall, but I think it's pretty nice looking.
