Love the compact size of the speaker without giving up the volume projection. Works great for our baseball season and walking songs. Fast charger with a type c and pairs great with the Bluetooth. Recommended to everyone!

We use this all the time. It is super light weight, we an carry it with us out to the ball field. We also just use it at home for good quality music when we sre hanging out. The sound quality is good. The bass is not too much.

The ION Tailgater TD Rugged Bluetooth Speaker is light weight at about 7 lbs. with dimensions of 12.01” W x 7.43” D x 11.65” H. It has great sound, is very rugged, and is water resistant with an iPX5 rating, so it can withstand water splashes and light rain. It has Bluetooth 5.3 that devices supposedly can connect wirelessly at a distance up to 100 ft., but don't bank on that. FM radio is pretty nice with the ability to connect to many radio stations and store up to 6 preset channels. Connection ports include: USB-A port for flash drive playback or phone charging; 1/4" jack for a dynamic microphone; and 3.5 mm jack for auxiliary inputs from PCs, tablets, MP3 players, or any other audio device. The sound and lights can be controlled from a smart phone with the ION sound control app. To get stereo sound, just pair two of these speakers together at a distance up to 75'. The built-in rechargeable battery can last about 10 hours, but if you use it for charging phones or other devices, expect a shorter battery lifespan. It comes with a USB-C to USB-A charging cable, but charger is not included.

We've always had the larger on wheels bluetooth speaker box from Sams. I decided to purchase this one since it was more compact. We are happy with this purchase. The battery life is a good 10 hours, the sound is loud and clear. I ended up buying another one as a gift.

Sound quality is very limited at high volume some distortion
