Very impressed with sound quality! You also have the options to turn off the lights.

It was a pretty rock solid unit when it was working. Returned it today after two months of use. Most of the controls on the unit stopped working along with the bluetooth connectivity.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy one of these radios they are designed for the charging port to break easily which in return makes it completely useless.

I have had this less than 2 months and it no longer works because the charging port broke. Not worth the money. Very disappointed as I have another ion I've had for 7 years still working.

I really like this speaker, we took it outside this weekend while we were cleaning up the yard. You can adjust the light(s) and the flashing! Simple usb charging, but it did seem to take like 18+ hours. (I didn’t read the instructions on how long it should take the first time.) Anyway, overall, great product!

This speaker is very easy to set up. The instructions included are very simple and straight forward. All the important stuff, none of the technical mumbo-jumbo. My kids love the light show, and constantly ask me to turn on some music so they can watch the changing lights. The quality is good, however I’m not a fan of the app. For some reason it glitches on me when I’m changing the ranges on the EQ. But if you’re not tech savvy or don’t want to use the phone, then no worries! Everything can be controlled from the speaker itself, including the equalizer and light settings. I actually prefer to change things up that way. I love the option for the microphone, though I haven’t had a chance to test one out yet. Overall, I’d say it’s pretty good! I’m excited to take it with us to different events and get togethers this summer.

Ion Bluetooth speaker has such a great sound, crystal clear with a great thumb of bass as well. The color changing lights are very neat and enjoyable to watch. This Bluetooth speaker is light weight and comes with multiple options from; microphone, USB hookups, and the functionality to change settings of sound and adjust volume to your likings. Definitely would recommend this product to a friend or family member, but also would make a great gift.
