The powder is wet n sticky. Donut and powder sticks to the wrapper and comes off when unwrapped. They feel like when food is left in the sun and moisture gets in the packaging.

Shipping was delayed by a few days, doughnuts arrived in good condition and tasted good. I just wish I didn't have to buy 2 - 12 packages because I can't find them in the California stores and they shipped from North Carolina.

Our family loves these powdered doughnuts that are perfectly powdered in sugar and they come individually wrapped! These aren’t our go to breakfast but at least once a week or over the weekends they make a quick breakfast on the go! We can grab a couple and bring on outings, so we aren’t wasting money, or they are great for when you are running late! They all tasted very fresh, they were soft, $ melt in your mouth!

The product was fine, but I live in Arizona where it is 113 degrees. That being said, it was shipped via UPS, no air in their trucks therefore all the sugar on the donuts had melted. Not so good. I wish you would just put them back in the Sams club store here, as it is something I buy often.

An individually wrapped pack of sweet softness There’s plenty to share at lunch or anywhere with “10” friends ... keep a pkg in the car or back pack.. Their always fresh & soft ... gives the energy boost you need... but still won’t spoil a dinner ....

Normally I just love these donuts but I just had to throw 3/4 of a box away as they were all gummy like they were stuck in too much humidity. I purchased two boxes and the first box and all the other boxes before that were great, but this other box was horrible.

This item seems to always be out of stock. Last time we finally received them they were so dry and stale. Used to carry the crunchy ones but haven’t seen them in quite awhile. I think if these were fresh and in stock a bit more often my rating would be much higher

Okay, this is one of our downfalls in trying to eat healthy, but they are so good. Many powdered sugar donuts don't have any flavor, but these do. At least when we're bad, it tastes good. Separate packaging also keeps them fresh longer. No where else can you get this many donuts for such a great price.

These are the best, unless the powder falls off on all of them, or they got blasted with a little too much sugar water for that “extra fresh” effect. They used to have clear packaging on the box what you were in for and now it’s a solid box so you get a surprise! Godspeed. They should rename it trick or treat-because you’re either in for a treat or you just got tricked into buying soggy donuts. I’ll keep buying them though because the good ones are THAT good.

Donuts were stale and close to expiration.
