It’s comfortable I would say it’s between soft and hard . It’s not too soft and not hard. It’s a very thick mattress and heavy. I love that the mattress isn’t white and so it won’t shows stains or anything. I feel like I actually have been getting good sleep since I’ve been using it. I like that it’s not bouncey and its firmness is not too firm. I also like that it’s a thicker mattress it added some height to me bed. The next step is getting a nice bed frame.

So comfortable, we selected the medium firmness and we sleep better than we have in a long time, very little movement when we turn over, our prior bed made each other wake up with slightest movement. This mattress is firm enough to support my spine but comfortable enough to sleep on in any position (I’m a side/stomach and my fiancee is a back sleeper). I’ve had it for a few weeks and it seems like it will be extremely durable. I cannot recommend this mattress enough! The only downside is it’s so comfortable it is honestly hard to get out of in the morning.

The graphite-infused memory foam provides an incredibly comfortable and supportive surface to sleep on. I really appreciate how effectively it distributes heat away from my body while sleeping. I've used full memory foam mattresses that trap heat and it's not nearly as refreshing. The memory foam is really plush and contours to my body, cradling me in all the right places. I think the zoned support is a cool feature because it allows me to have the "best of both worlds" firmness to support me while lying on my side, but also providing luxurious plushness for my back and legs. I just love how luxurious the plush quilted pillow top feels, and the hybrid spring/memory foam construction strikes the right balance for me between back aligning support and overall comfort. This is a huge upgrade over my older spring mattress and I love the better sleep I'm getting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this mattress for two weeks now and would love to share my opinion that may be helpful to some folks. For context, my previous mattress was a plush mattress I purchased online for cheap that I’ve had for 5 years. I had been experiencing back pain in the mornings and had just figured it was just part of life in my thirties. It took me way too long to see the correlation to my mattress, especially since I only noticed the pain in the mornings. When I selected the mattress I wanted, I decided to try the firm option as I heard that it is recommended for back sleepers. In retrospect, I realized that plush was not a good fit for me at all and caused spinal misalignment while I slept. I was a bit scared at first that this mattress would be too firm and would require a “break in” period in order to feel comfortable. I am so happy to report that I was so wrong! My first time sleeping on the mattress just felt so good throughout my whole body. I had no idea that my body had been craving this level of support. After sleeping on this mattress for two weeks, I can confidently say that my sleep quality has noticeably improved (less waking up in the middle of the night and deeper sleep it feels like). I can also report that the morning back pain has drastically decreased (there’s still some but I think my body is still recovering from the damage I had accumulated from the previous mattress). Overall, this mattress has been such an excellent improvement for my health. I will also note that it’s really good at minimizing the movement of my partner sleeping next to me. I believe that also contributed to my more restful sleep. I can barely feel him tossing next to me which is really cool. I don’t feel like I’ve noticed a difference in the cooling effect of this mattress but my cotton sheets may be to blame. I hope this review is helpful. I tried to be thorough because purchasing a mattress is a significant investment. I think because this mattress is firm it is likely to stand the test of time.

I need a mattress that can support my back but not too firm. This is the perfect one that matches what I need. It supports my back and also makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
