It’s comfortable I would say it’s between soft and hard . It’s not too soft and not hard. It’s a very thick mattress and heavy. I love that the mattress isn’t white and so it won’t shows stains or anything. I feel like I actually have been getting good sleep since I’ve been using it. I like that it’s not bouncey and its firmness is not too firm. I also like that it’s a thicker mattress it added some height to me bed. The next step is getting a nice bed frame.

Convenient for moving and cleaning. Both mattress surfaces are flat, have even thickness, and are not concave or convex, so they effectively protect the back area. The mattress is suitable for all customers, especially children in the development process, the elderly with bone and joint deterioration, people with back pain, office workers with neck and shoulder pain... The completely flat mattress surface with a cool, smooth feeling is very beneficial for shaping a straight skeleton, good blood circulation during sleep. It makes my bed look like it is raised up higher, it is very cooling, and doesn’t feel too hard. Definitely recommend if you are in the search for a new mattress!

I just love this mattress! My old mattress was a traditional spring mattress that I've used for 5+ years and upgrading to this hybrid memory foam mattress has made a huge difference for the quality of my sleep. After sleeping for a few nights on the Perfect Sleeper Hybrid, I feel like I've been falling asleep faster and waking up more refreshed. The graphite-infused memory foam provides an incredibly comfortable and supportive surface to sleep on. I really appreciate how effectively it distributes heat away from my body while sleeping. I've used full memory foam mattresses that trap heat and it's not nearly as refreshing. The memory foam is really plush and contours to my body, cradling me in all the right places. I think the zoned support is a cool feature because it allows me to have the "best of both worlds" firmness to support me while lying on my side, but also providing luxurious plushness for my back and legs. I just love how luxurious the plush quilted pillow top feels, and the hybrid spring/memory foam construction strikes the right balance for me between back aligning support and overall comfort. This is a huge upgrade over my older spring mattress and I love the better sleep I'm getting!

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

We have owned our mattress for 2 and a half months and are extremely disappointed. We feel the mattress is way firmer than what we tried in the store. We have also noticed there is a slight dip in the mattress already forming from where we lay during our sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BEST mattress I’ve ever owned!! I have some back problems and used to always wake up with a stiff lower back but no more! This mattress is firm enough to support my spine but comfortable enough to sleep on in any position (I’m a side/stomach and my fiancee is a back sleeper). I’ve had it for a few weeks and it seems like it will be extremely durable. I cannot recommend this mattress enough! The only downside is it’s so comfortable it is honestly hard to get out of in the morning.

I need a mattress that can support my back but not too firm. This is the perfect one that matches what I need. It supports my back and also makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
