We purchased three years ago. It's held up really well and surprisingly our daughter (now 8yr old) and her friends always still like to use this regularly. They never tire of it. Pretty durable. Easy enough to move around the yard if needed (for mowing, etc.). Customer service was outstanding in helping me get a replacement bar quickly and easily... after the kids kept flexing the bar over the years (dragging the dome rather than picking it up) and it eventually broke in one spot that had rusted from the yard sprinklers hitting it over years. Seems like it lasted a reasonable amount of time. However, I do recommend you try to move it by picking it up and placing it down... rather than dragging it across the yard, which then causes the bar joints to flex... and over time can result in breakage.

The little kids love it and so do the big kids and it still looks just as nice as the first day we got it. The other day I went outside and noticed that one of the bottom bars had broken (it had been bent funny when being moved and snapped near the joint). Lifetime immediately sent out a new bar replacement free of charge! We are so happy with this product.

I have several products from lifetime but this was the first time that I ever had missing parts and without hesitation the parts will be here on time for Christmas for my granddaughter… Nothing short of amazing. Just this service alone makes me want to buy more products from lifetime… They should have a new slogan ”Don't worry we're here for you”

Instructions were clear, but you really have to read carefully. Everything was clearly labeled and packaged well (tho Id prefer less plastic). I really enjoy putting things together so this was a fun project, and my husband was a big help holding pieces in place. Definitely requires 2 people to assemble. Dome is the perfect size for my 4yo to grow into.

Wonderful outdoor toy! My kids absolutely love it. It was easy to assemble. I put it together alone in about an hour and thirty mins. Feels very sturdy and easy to move. Use the YouTube video to put together. It's so much easier than the paper instructions. There should be a QR code to scan on the book with your camera that will take you directly to the video. I do recommend getting a drill to help tighten everything once you are done assembling.

So easy to put together. Took about 2 hours because hubby had to do it alone while I watched the munchkins play. Sturdy, easy to move around the yard, and its so worth it getting one that bigger kids and adults could actually go on because the kids will be playing on it for years to come!! For the price, I. Ant believe the quality!!! Awesome

We love this product and the canopy is well worth the extra. It provides shade and a ‘camping' feel. Our kit came with one extra bar and short another. The company was very helpful and responsive, sending the needed part quickly.

I had a bolt come out of my dome playground. I called customer service and they sent me a whole new package of hardware right away at no cost. It was easy and above and beyond my needs. Thank you.

We broke a few bolts (Our fault for over tightening them) and Customer Service was Gracious enough to replace them and were super polite about it. Thank you so much!!
