[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the climbing dome second hand, new, and not assembled. Parts were missing (not due to manufacturer) and had to order new ones. Ordering was very easy the parts person was very good to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new location, and I had to disassemble our dome prior to moving so we could pack it and bring it with us. It's only a couple years old so I didn't want to leave it with the old house. In the process, I stripped a couple of the bolts and many of the nuts were pretty rusty. I contacted Lifetime to ask after what size bolts and nuts I should get as replacements or if they offered replacements. I was shipped a full set of nuts, bolts, and washers at no charge. In these days of supply shortages and relative high cost of doing business, that's just dang impressive. The kids love the dome. It's back up and in service at our new house and primed to go what seems like a few decades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the climbing dome since 2017 and it is still very sturdy and my two boys really enjoy it (6 & 10 years). I reached out to Lifetime recently as some of the hardware (bolts, washers, etc.) were corroded, or in the process of rusting and deteriorating. Customer Support swiftly resolved that issue by sending a full set of hardware. I would recommend applying an anticorrosive on the hardware prior to assembling to avoid having to struggle to remove them later, especially if you move as often as my family does.

I purchased these "monkey bars" for my granddaughter in 2016, she loves this play set. She's now 6 and plays on it every time she comes over. We recently noticed a rusty bar, and Lifetime replaced it, even though out of warranty. I'm thrilled, not only with the playset, but with Lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids (ages 8, 6, 4 and 2) play on our dome climber almost daily. The littlest one just drives his bike in and out of the dome, but the other three are little monkeys climbing all over it. I'm sure they'll love it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the dome about 4 years ago for our twin grandchildren, whom we watch 4 days a week. They are 7 years old now and they still enjoy climbing all over it. It's been a real treat for us to watch how much they have advanced in their confidence. We now have a 3 year old granddaughter who watches the twins and has started to hang on the lower bars. All I can say is that this is the best thing we bought for our grandchildren. Also, I had a problem with one of the lower bars and your customer service was fantastic in helping me. Thank you.

I wanted something other than the typical swing set and I wanted to encourage climbing and creativity in the play. When I saw the climbing dome made by lifetime I ordered confident in the quality as I own other lifetime products. I'm glad I ordered the larger size as the neighborhood kids are using it too. I called customer service to order a part to replace one my son broke while putting the dome together (he was using too much torque) and the service representative was so helpful, wish I could get that kind of customer service from other companies. Lifetime holds the gold standard in quality of products and customer service for me!

The Lifetime Climbing Dome is a quality made product that will last for many years, and the kids LOVE IT! We accidentally threw away the climbing handles. Customer Service was very quick in shipping out replacements to us. I will definitely purchase a Lifetime product again and recommend to my friends.
