I have neck and hip issues, so my TEMPUR-pedic provides reliable comfort for me every night. I made the mistake of trying a "copy-cat" mattress - wow. Saggy, poor craftsmanship - no comparison in comfort and quality. So, when we needed to buy a mattress for our new summer home, I knew it had to be TEMPUR-pedic as I wanted to replicate our mattress in Arizona. I normally would never "call to order" - but I am so glad that I did call TEMPUR-pedic directly. It was by far one of the very best buying experiences ever. Our TEMPUR-pedic rep found a current mattress style that matched the one we purchased 8 years ago (which we still love), and he was spot-on - we have the same wonderful sleeping experience in Washington as we do in Arizona! It is notable that our new mattress and our old 8 year-old mattress sleep and feel the same - such great quality. From working with a knowledgeable, friction-free customer service representative to having the most communicative, on-time delivery we have had from ANY company to our island home, TEMPUR-pedic has provided us with a quality, head-to-tail experience. Sleeps really well. Helps absorb road roughness when slept on during a team operation. Gives good quality rest vs traditional mattress. For truck application it could stand to be about 4 inches longer and 2 inches wider. Love the fact that you actually feel rested when you wake up. Overall it's one of the best purchases you could ever make for investing in quality rest for trucking.

We thought we needed firm, but after trying it on the showroom floor, we ordered the soft. It has been almost 30 days and we are continuing to enjoy it more and more. Giving a 4 star as not sure it is worth the money paid, but we are still getting used to it. No complaints. Had our previous memory foam mattress for 12 years. With this new mattress, we don't wake up sore, achy and in pain anymore.

This bed keeps us both asleep throughout the night, keeps us cool (no more night sweats), and if we could stay all day in it, we would. Get this bed if you want the best sleep ever. It is worth it. We spend 30% of our lives asleep! Make it count!

We were afraid the soft would be too pillowy, but it is PERFECT! This mattress and adjustable base has really improved our sleep quality. 10/10 recommend!

I wanted a firm mattress and the mattress was firm when delivered. But after sleeping on it for a few weeks, it softened up and feels like a medium-soft mattress now, nowhere near firm. However it offers a good solid night sleep. It's not easy to move around since it's a foam mattress. Beware when sitting on the side with your legs hanging down to the floor, these mattresses have no support at all on the sides. That's why I give it a so..so rating. There are better firm mattresses out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LuxeAdapt Firm to replace my previous discontinued Tempur-Pedic mattress, the Grande, which I had had for 16 years and with which I was very happy. I was told the Firm would be the closest match, but it is much less "plush" on top and way too hard for me. Even after "breaking it in" for several weeks it's still too uncomfortable. I want to exchange it, but customer service is not exactly spry on that topic....

This is our second. The first was good foe 15 years before human sized body divots drove us mad. Four years in a knock of and we are back. There was no adjustment period. It was perfect from the first night. This one is not as good at absorbing your partner's movements but it's a small price to pay for a good night's sleep.
