The product is great. The shipping or packaging is terrible. I am not sure if the shipping company is responsible or the company itself because the box it is shipped in is so weak. They also just wedge the brackets between the boards. I ordered four shelves and about 60% of the boards were damaged, but usable. If the products were shipped correctly it would have been a perfect order.

The specifications did not give the thickness of the particle board shelves. I assumed it would be at least 3/4 inch thick. It is only 3/8 thick. Also it would be easier to assemble and probably sturdier if the corners where one piece 6 feet long instead of two 3 foot lengths that needed to be connected.

This item works for what I need. The particle board shelves are less that good, but work. Just don't let them hit on any of it's corners. It breaks off like a soft piece of chalk. Both units I bought were missing the leg couplers, but the manufacturer sent them to me within about a week. I like the adjustable shelf heights since not all my storage boxes are the same size.

This rack shipped very quick and it high quality. It is easy to assemble. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I hate the corners of this thing. You have to have a shelf right in the middle of this rack and it ruined my plans for where I wanted to put a shelf. The corner posts come in two separate pieces so it requires beams right in the middle to hold it together, it's kind of a pain. If the corner posts were one solid piece and I could put my shelves where I wanted, I would have given it 5 stars. Overall, good quality and easy to assemble.

I love these! They are easy to put together, I did it by myself and I'm a woman who's only 5'2. I love that the shelves are wide (2 feet). It fits storage bins very nicely. I bought 3 of these and would buy more if I need more garage shelves in the future.

The boxes the shelves were packed in were bad shape. About half the corners of the wooden shelves were broken and the parts were missing. Since the shelves are going in a storage unit, I was not as concerned with the cosmetics as I was functionality. I called customer service about the missing parts and they said I should receive in 3 to 5 business days. I didn't want to wait, so I went ahead and purchased an additional $18 dollars of nut, bolts, and washers to construct the shelving brackets. The best part of my whole experience was the price because it was on sale. But, it was almost like buying something used, because of the condition of the merchandise.

Ordered September 2020, now using formaldehyde and it stinks !!! It stunk up my house. Also, this set is 17 dollars less expensive than the same shelf at HD (at the time of this writing) BUT it is missing what I consider essential parts. The couplers which make assembly easy, and prevent the completed shelf from falling apart due to a bump (horizontal force). The couplers should be essential and included. They are included at HD, but not at WM. Again HD is 17 dollars more expensive. Another thing missing is the plastic feet which would protect a wood floor from scratches. This should be included, it should be essential, it's no in the WM shelf kit but it is in the HD shelf kit. In conclusion, I am returning this and simply spending a little more money on a complete shelf kit. And I would imagine one that doesn't stink due to formaldehyde !!!

Perfect for storing boxes and other clutter in my garage. Easy to assemble. The only issue was the connectors to stack the shelves did not come in the box. I emailed the company and with charge they sent them to me in 3 days. Will purchase more for sure

Note 1: Unfortunately the unit isn't provided with 4 x 72" (H) poles for mounting all 5 shelves to. It is provided with 8 x 32" (H) poles. This essentially creates 2 x 32" (H) sets of shelves as opposed to 1 x 72" (H) set of shelves. The two sets of shelves are intended to be stacked on top of each other. Sadly, the connection between them is extremely poor. This results in the upper set of shelves being very weak. To remedy this, I purchased 0.5" x 1.5" Bolts and secured their connection myself. I would recommend others do this too. Note 2: The shelves themselves are made particle board. They are extremely flimsy Note 3: The shelves were delivered damaged.

I like the size of these muscle racks, I just wish there were some kind of support where the shelves connect in all four corners. I would definitely let people know that it's a lot easier if you have two people available at assembly time. I will try to buy one or two more as it helped me organize my small one car garage.
