We will be taking this thing back tomorrow. The sound is horrible, it's running an old version of Android with Firefox browser that won't connect to any website to actually use the screen for karaoke. We were able to connect to bluetooth for sound without lyrics but that defeats the purpose. Do not waste your money on this product.

MY FAMILY LOVES IT

Although the one I had previously for more than 10 years The Vision Karaoke, this seems to do the Job. You need to dowload all the upgrades for the wifi programs. It sounds pretty good, doesn't have much power when it comes to sound effects, but to have fun with family, or practice anything in particular it serves its purpose. It would get a 5☆, if it had more sound effects.

Bought this for our daughter for Christmas. After completing the all of the updates for the first half an hour the disappointments kept on coming. You have to literally scream into the microphones to get any kind of sound. There is no music available unless you purchase. Was able to get onto YouTube for some songs. Very disappointed.

Bad quality, horrible sound, falls easily... Do not buy it
