The caramel popcorn has a great taste that isn’t overly sweet, which makes it enjoyable without being too heavy. The cheese popcorn has a nice, rich cheese flavor with just the right amount of saltiness, and it balances well with the caramel. Together, the sweet and salty combination works really well. I didn’t find much to dislike, although I wish there were a few more evenly coated pieces of each flavor in the mix.

First off, the popcorn is very good. Cheesy popcorn, obviously awesome. Carmel popcorn, again really good. Pairing them together is where I was a little confused - not so much that I don’t eat it though. To me it’s like the salty sweet combo, I’m just not sure it’s as successful here - to me it’s the cheese popcorn with Carmel that throws me off. I’m really nitpicking though. It’s very good popcorn and I’ve been snacking on it all week.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product. I don't habitually purchase pre-popped popcorn. I love fresh popcorn the old fashioned way , cooked right on the stove top in a pot wit a glass vented lid! However, just about anything with "cheddar cheese " in the title will make my head spin around (lol). When I received my sample I decided to take it to work and share it there because the bag was very generously sized. I was standing at the time clock waiting to clock in and mentioned the name of the product, asking my coworker if he'd ever had any before. His eyes lit up like he'd hit the lottery as he began to describe the many trips over 150 mile driven each way to Chicago to get some. My sample bag grew to accommodate 15 people who suddenly came running out of offices within that next 5 minutes! As I bit into the little handful I had left, my first thought was "Gee, maybe I should have hidden from them!". That cheesy, slightly salty, heavenly sweet sensation was mind blowing! I don't even particularly care to purchase caramel popcorn but this was on a whole new level of fluffy, sweet, mind-blowing addiction! Mixed with my beloved bff cheddar, you have made a new fan.

I was excited to try the Garrett Mix, but it wasn’t quite for me. The caramel popcorn pieces were delicious—rich, crunchy, and perfectly sweet. Unfortunately, I really didn’t care for the cheddar flavor. The savory and sweet combination just didn’t work in my opinion, and I would have preferred the caramel on its own. If you enjoy mixing salty and cheesy with sweet, this might be right up your alley, but I would prefer a caramel-only option next time.

The Garrett Mix is not exactly something I would usually try but my son and I decided to give it a go. The cheddar popcorn is right up my alley….delicious. However, the caramel flavor was good but if you’re looking or used to sweet caramel popcorn, this isn’t quite that. Not saying it’s not good but explaining what to expect.

The mix of flavors was evenly distributed. The caramel was just the right amount of sweet without being too sweet. The cheddar was good but could use a little more salt. The combination worked very well. The one issue was that you need to shake the bag slightly so that you don’t get the smaller crumbs on your first batch.

Garrett mix cheese and caramel popcorn. The popcorn is very good, it was a house favorite. Everyone liked the mix of the flavors. I like that it does not contain artificial colors or flavors. It's perfect for a movie night or nice snack while watching tv.

Yummm!! If you're a fan of Chicago style popcorn, you'll love this one! The caramel popcorn is not overly sweet, which I prefer; the cheese flavor can use just a touch more cheese flavor, but it's still delicious. There seems to be about a 60/40 ratio of cheese to caramel mix, which is also my preference!

Still unsure what to think of this one. It’s a great popcorn with very large, whole popped pieces. The cheddar flavor is great and the caramel is perfectly coated and delicious. Not sure how much I enjoy them together. Separately, they are fantastic. Together, it seems like something is missing.

The cheddar on its own is delicious. The caramel on it zone is pretty good. Mixed together is interesting. My husband loves them. I like to add pretzels to the mixture for a good game watching snack. They’ll definitely be sitting out on the snack table during most of our football parties this fall! The quality is excellent.
