The leakproof seal is a definite game changer when it comes to wondering if this is the product to pick for your everyday storage needs. The vents for using in the microwave are an added benefit keeping any splashing inside the container rather than all over the microwave. Easy cleanup with no staining which of course I know happens on any softer plastic containers. Overall I give this product a 5 star rating. I will be purchasing more in the near future

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) this is the perfect product for people who enjoy taking healthy foods to work for lunch - especially those tasty soups during the cold winter months. The product is 100% spill proof - more more chicken noodle soup leaks in your car. The container heats up soup nicely, is easy and stylish to each from and dos not leave any stains or odors behind. - and then washes up easily in the dishwasher. The Brilliance container would earn top rating - but it is a bit on the pricey side. That is its only downfall - its not the storage containers you want to use for sending leftovers home with the kids when they don;t return their containers!

The colors are appealing and the product was easy to clean after use. I stored a salad in it for lunch and was pleased with the freshness of my food. I would definitely recommend this product!

What a great product from Rubbermaid! l love the venting feature for the microwave and love the fact that it's clear and you can see what's in it and it does not stain like most reusable containers. I not only plan on recommending this product to others but I plan on buying a few more myself. Love the idea of the stackablity to save room in the fridge.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've recently tried the Rubbermaid Brilliance container. It says that it's leak proof, and you can microwave the contents with the lid on when the vents are opened. I've tried the container for my last few lunches and it does work as advertised. The plastic is nice and sturdy, clear and clean looking, and no leaking. the microwave vent system also seems to work. However, though the plastic is stain proof (so far) the rubber seal does not seem to be so. I recently had curry that had turmeric in it. There was a small trace of a yellow stain, but I'm hoping this fades over time, and not a big impact since the rubber is black. Overall, I really like this container, but for the price point is a bit high. Buying the containers would be an investment, but I can see them being good for people who want a good container to store soups or stews, or would like to do meal prep for freezing.

This container also cleaned up very easily due to its smooth texture. The special vents allowed me to re heat my food without making splatter in the microwave . This is by far the best container I've ever tried and strongly recommended it!

I love that this container is dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. If you are looking for a good container or even a meal prep container I highly recommend this.

I was preparing lunch for my husband to take to work, and actually wanted to test out the "leak-proof" component, especially since this is a highlight of the product. I made my husband chili, which can tend to leak out of lunch containers. Also, with chili comes typical red stains. My husband carried his lunch in his lunch bag/box, and the Rubbermaid container did not leak at all!! The lid actually snaps tight pretty well on both sides of the containers. There is no wiggle room for any excess liquid to escape. The container can be tip in any direction (including upside down), and will not leak through at all. Also, when I went to wash the container, which is was the following day due to my husband working nights, there was no red stain residue left on the container. I was surprised. The Rubbermaid container is made well with sturdy material to withstand any type of red stains. I love it, and am very pleased!!
