It is very comfortable and convenient, beautiful design and it is good that it is not white. It is made of high quality materials and looks durable. Its price is exactly in line with its quality. It makes my bed look like it is raised up higher, it is very cooling, and doesn’t feel too hard. Definitely recommend if you are in the search for a new mattress!

It’s comfortable I would say it’s between soft and hard . It’s not too soft and not hard. It’s a very thick mattress and heavy. I love that the mattress isn’t white and so it won’t shows stains or anything. I feel like I actually have been getting good sleep since I’ve been using it. I like that it’s not bouncey and its firmness is not too firm. I also like that it’s a thicker mattress it added some height to me bed. The next step is getting a nice bed frame.

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

It has great support.Within days, my back felt better than it had in a long time. And it has some kind of cooling thing. I tend to get very hot when I sleep, but not on this mattress. What a great find!!

We have owned our mattress for 2 and a half months and are extremely disappointed. We feel the mattress is way firmer than what we tried in the store. We have also noticed there is a slight dip in the mattress already forming from where we lay during our sleep.
