Its hard to review a vitamin sometimes, but overall I really like these. They are larger in size so just know that going into buying them, but they are really easy to swallow. I don't notice a bad taste or anything with them. The main reason I bought them is that I like everything in them and having it all in one capsule. I would recommend overall.

The pills right off the bat are rather large. Larger than any other pill or supplement I'm used to taking. I would rather take more of a smaller pill. Other than that they are good. When I received them and looked at the supplement facts I was so shocked to see so many immune supportive vitamins added as well as it having high amounts! I ordered the Nature's Bounty Immune 24 hour+ softgels and am pretty pleased with them. This time of year I get a sinus infection and use vitamins to boost my immune system to fight ot off.
