I have mixed feeling about this product. On one hand, it contains 1111% of your daily value of Vitamin C along with a plethora of other vitamins and minerals, which indeed would be a good boost to your immune system when taken as intended. On the other hand, as soon as you open the bottle, you're hit with a God awful smell akin to extremely burnt popcorn. It's one of those pills where you just have to pinch your nose and get through it. I was kinda hoping it would be orange scented or flavored, but despite the bottle's coloring it is not. I was a bit hesitant to try these vitamins at first because they smell so bad and are huge. Luckily they are softgels and go down smooth, without any lingering aftertaste. I have to say that I have not noticed any significant benefit after taking them a few weeks. I do think that they may benefit me more than I realize though because my daughter just got over a nasty virus and I didn't get sick. Its hard to review a vitamin sometimes, but overall I really like these. They are larger in size so just know that going into buying them, but they are really easy to swallow. I don't notice a bad taste or anything with them. The main reason I bought them is that I like everything in them and having it all in one capsule. I would recommend overall.

I like these Immune support vitamins. I didn't notice that they had an taste when i took them. They are fairly large though which i wasn't a big fan of, if you have a problem taking large pills you probably would not like these.
