[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Tempur-pedic purchase, and although we have had the mattress for only one month, it is not giving me the improved rest that I hoped for. The mattress it's self seems extremely firm. And although I realize it will soften in time, I am not fully convinced that the price of this mattress is worth it just yet.

I do not know which mattress model we have. We've had this mattress for about 15 years ... love, love, love it! Extreme comfort and support for my back ailments. I only wish we could take it with us when traveling. We also wish the cover had the more modern zip top for removal.

I bought some neck pillows in hopes of getting a better nights sleep and instead I got a chemical infused package of pillows. I have aired it out for over a week and the smell persists. I have attempted to return it only to be a huge hassle and first am told I am not able to return it-when I have not even had the chance to use the pillows due to the smell alone! On top of the huge hassle I am expected to pay for shipping to return their toxic fumed infused pillows. I will NEVER be shopping this brand again. There is a lot of false advertisement and seemingly the company does not care about losing customers.

Our bed with adjustable base is so amazing we can't keep our kids out of it. My daughter finally grew out of her crib and into a Tempurpedic of her own in her big girl bed. We thought she was just picky but after just having another baby I'm faced with the same problem. He doesn't want to sleep anyplace other then our Tempurpedic. Can you please start making crib/toddler bed size mattress? Yours truly a very sleepy mother who's whole family loves your product.

I was really hesitant about spending such a large amount on a mattress and essentially buying into what I thought was just a bunch of hype. I have to say though that this mattress has been wonderful to sleep on. Experiencing less joint pain, more restful and undisturbed sleep makes the hype pretty valid in my eyes. Of course the biggest complaint is the price which I don't think I'll ever get over.

The outer covering fabric pulls the mattress cover in one direction. I actually attached fabric stays to a large towel under the extremely heavy mattress to the mattress cover and that did not work. The mattress has to be over 200 lbs an do continually have to lift it is difficult for a 200 lb fit man let alone a woman like my wife

After testing several, we bought the soft not the softest and now it is hard in the middle and starting to get soft on the edges. In the middle of the mattress it is hard as a rock and the edges seem to be failing. It was so hard we purchased a feather mattress to put on top. That lead to a mattress topper to stop the feathers from poking through. Just buy a Stearns and Foster.

Unfortunately, I do not know which mattress it is. I've had this mattress for about 15 years, now and love, love, love it!! I only wish I could take it with us when we travel. I love the comfort and support which is crucial for my back issue. It is extremely comfort! I only wish that this mattress had a cover that had a zip top. Ours is under the mattress edge, which makes it impossible to get at.

This is the most comfortable bed my husband and I have EVER slept on! It's expensive, but soooo worth the money! I was afraid that it would have a strong scent, because some of the reviews mentioned this, but it's not true! There is no funny smell at all! I LOVE THIS BED!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is like sleeping on a cloud. It's soft without being too soft, but it's not too firm either. It's that just right in between that my partner and I were looking for. We've had the bed three years now, and it's still perfect. No sagging at all. I definitely recommend it.
