I've owned my Flex Elite for over a year now. I can feel total support even though my mattress is soft. I'm a side sleeper but I no longer have shoulder pressure. I use to have neck pain but that's a thing from the past for me now. my only regret is not making my purchase sooner. I love this investment I've made in my health. I highly recommend this product :-)

I purchased the mattress in 2018, in 2023 little balls of compressed foam started coming up through the holes. I imagine the holes were punched in and making the mattress and the byproduct was left in there. Upon sleeping on it they work their way up, causing hard lumps in the mattress. I found the bed comfortable until this problem arises. For the price of the mattress I felt it should've lasted longer than five years.

I am an injured Army veteran and suffer daily from pains (many years of therapy!) I have recently purchased my second Tempur-Pedic (King) after owning my first (Queen - which I still have as a guest bed) for several years! I have had so many problems with SO MANY OTHER BEDS! Sleeping on conventional beds caused more pain than rest. Tempur-Pedic helps me get the rest I need!

I bought this online and was a little nervous about not being able to try it out. But having already had one, and the price was too good to pass up, I went for it. And I'm glad I did. It's more comfortable than I was expecting. I can't recommend it enough.

Seems like a good all around mattress. Softness of top level likely not for stomach sleepers, but seems to accommodate other positions well as deeper coil support maintains proper body alignment. Have had no issues with heat and I sleep hot. Offgassing for this model is much less noticeable than other brands. Foam rebounds quickly, allowing for fairly easy repositioning while still minimizing motion transfer if you sleep with a partner. Time will tell on durability, but given weight and hybrid support, should hold up well. Took a week or so for me to adjust coming from pillow top coil mattress, but I seem to be sleeping more comfortably as time goes. Only thing giving me pause is cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this mattress for a year now. It's wonderful! Not too firm but not too mushy! The memory foam is awesome and keeps me solidly sleeping when my husband leaves the bed to get ready for work, or rolls around. It's awesome!

My husband and I used to sleep on a firm mattress. We added a 4 inch memory foam topper and it lasted us a while longer. However, I am a side sleeper and my fingers were starting to go numb during the night. Also, my hips and shoulders were starting to ache. Our bodies told us it was time to get a new mattress! We decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try for the first time and we are so glad we did! My fingers no longer go numb and my hips don't hurt. My shoulder pain is still slightly there, however, it is greatly relieved! We went with the adjustable base because my husband has terrible heart burn, reflux and snoring. On spaghetti nights, he has his head tilted and is actually able to sleep better without having reflux all night. When he is snoring and won't stop, I get his remote and raise the head of his bed. It may take a few times to get the right height, but he stops!!!!! We love our Tempur-Pedic Flex Elite and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a better, more restful sleep! The only thing I would say is a negative is that,when you use the mattress protector, the mattress feels much firmer than without it. The protector does have stretch to it, however, for some reason it is still firmer feeling.

I don't like it, too hard, get up with sore neck and back, just not comfortable, could not return because adjustable base not returnable. Would not buy again, not comfortable at all. I liked my old mattress better, should have keep it, Way too much money. The one in store was very comfortable. Very disappointed. Have had between 1 and 2 years. Told store I didn't like it, they said I could only trade up, too much money, they were tooo hard too.

My whole life I slept on traditional pillow tops and I had issues almost nightly - tossing and turning, not enough space, too loud when you move etc. Sure the Tempur-Pedic was expensive, but think about it: you spend a HUGE portion of your life sleeping. Why not invest in something that will give you the best sleep you can get? I upgraded to a king and I can confidently say I now sleep better, I rarely toss and turn, there is SO much room (get the king size!), I wake up feeling refreshed literally every day. I mean, this thing is insane how comfortable it is. It's like a promotion for Tempur-Pedicure anytime family or friends lie down on it...they always comment how awesome it is and subsequently start second guessing their own mattress choice. There isn't a single thing I don't like about it. It's been an excellent investment since day 1. I know this all probably sounds like a sales pitch but it's true, & I will recommend their products to anyone (we have the Tempur-Cloud pillows too, also awesome).
