Great performance, fast tread wear

Great performance with a very comfortable ride. Excellent in all conditions and never loses the road. The only downside is a short tread life. I've run this tire on both my sedan and suv, and it has been the best tire I ever used.

Fantastic Tires

Just put 1400 Miles on a set of 225 50R 17 Premier A/S. They were a pleasure. Very Quiet. No Vibrations and stuck to the road in all conditions like glue. Would definitely recommend and buy again. After a set of Goodrich these were HEAVEN.

Not as good as reviews would leave you to believe...

I have a 2004 Toyota Camry with over 260,000 miles on it and I have been driving Michelin tires for years. But the tire I had been using was discontinued and these were recommended. I read up on them and the reviews were all good. But after purchase, it seemed as though they were never able to balance them properly. Unlike prior Michelin's I had, the ride was always on the harsh side. I had my car looked over by my mechanic and they could find nothing wrong. Now at 40,000 miles and no where near the warranty, I'm just at the wear bars and need new tires. When new, they were very good in heavy rain. Now, they feel unsafe. Won't purchase again.

So Far Great Tires

I bought a set of four, three months ago. I use my car for mostly highway driving to and from work. Wet traction and breaking is fantastic!! I feel much more confident and safe when it is wet outside even with significant water on the road. There is a noticeable reduction in noise compared to original tires (can't remember make and model) that came on the car. They were two years old when I replaced them. I haven't seen a decrease or increase in gas mileage. I really did a lot of research and shopping around before deciding to go with this make and model of tire. So far I am very happy I decided on these tires. No cons at this point in time.

Best Tires Ever, Money Very Well Spent

I drive a Nissan Rogue 2012 SV AWD w/SL Pkg. I have driven the Premier A/S tires in all types of weather (Wash., D.C. region) over the last six weeks. Without question the best tires I have ever owned. I never realized what a difference the tire makes in the feel of the ride. Very smooth and very quiet. I'm perplexed to read others find them loud! The grip is incredibly stable when stopping and cornering. I am reminded whenever I have to stop short, or if I take a corner a little too fast, when I do not get that sinking out of control feeling. Worth every penny, I am a Michelin customer for life now!!

good performer with low milage

Driving Lexus ES 350 with Premier A/S w/ 27,000 highway miles in Colorado. The tread is 60% off, and it looks like, the tread will be gone at about 35,000 miles vs 60,000 indicated by Michelin. Dry , wet , noise and cornering performance are excellent as typical for Michelin tires in general. Light snow and particularly mushy snow driving is mediocre. I would not take it to the mountains unfortunately! I plan to trade in for Michelin Defender ( more aggressive tread) or LTX ( similar to A/S) to get a better snow/winter performance. Otherwise Michelin please advise.

Poor product or poor dealer... either way, poor

Purchased at a Tire Kingdom in New Smyrna Beach, FL a few years ago. Felt that Michelin was a respected brand of tire. Today, with less than 30,000 miles driven on these tires, I'm being told by the same Tire Kingdom that they need to be replaced. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the Michelin Premier tires or with Tire Kingdom just wanting to push more product. Whichever, I will not be using Tire Kingdom or Michelin tires again.

Michelin All Season Premier Tires

The tires were on the vehicle when I purchased it. They "looked" newer. When 3 different people checked at 3 different sites, all noted that the tires are in the "recommended replacement" range. The vehicle only has 20k miles on it. The vehicle handled terribly on snow & ice and I dreaded driving in inclement weather b/c I slid all over the place and experienced unreliable stopping. I thought that perhaps it was because I was getting used to driving a new vehicle, but that's usually a "good" experience. I've driven cars and trucks for 40 years now and this was unique. I hated driving on these tires. I heard that there were problems with this tire, but never received notice of a recall & am wondering how to find out.

Nor12, unfortunately the warranty on the tires is not transferrable, it's for the original purchaser. Give us a call at 866-866-6605 to discuss options for your vehicle that are suited for your needs.

Can't believe I'm the first to review?

I had MXV4s and my 2011 VW Tiguan was a joy to drive. Butter smooth and bumps were just a thump. I tried to test drive cars as the VW was getting older but couldn't find anything that rode half as nice. At 75k I had to replace tires before the winter and they don't make MXV4s anymore so went with Premier A/S. They ride like rocks. Jittery and loud on perfectly smooth roads, and jarring with the littlest bumps (even just tar used to fill in cracks in the road). Tires inflated perfectly and balanced perfectly, doesn't matter. Bumps literally rattle the car. My neck is starting to hurt again like when I had an 03 Accord.
