Sam's used to carry the "rich moisture" tresemme, which I loved. This, however, is "ultimate" moisture. It smells different and lathers differently. if you're expecting the Tresemme you usually get at Sam's, this ain't it.

Won’t buy again

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with shampoo. My hair is completely fried, static-y, and it feels like I’m combing rubber bands. It’s laughable that it’s called moisturizing- my husband uses it too and when he got his hair cut it had left the worst dried out patches all over his head. I guess it smells ok, but performance wise I’ll never use it again. And I’ve tried adding other products to help, it doesn’t seem to matter.

The tops are hard to open

My husband and I like the shampoo and conditioner bu they changed the tops and we just cant get them open now. Maybe we are the only ones who just think the tops suck because we turn them to open and cant figure them out.
