[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have natural, grey hair (and it’s dry on the ends) I had hoped this would put a lot more moisture into my hair. Sadly, it hasn’t done that. It’s very thick shampoo and conditioner and has a pleasant smell (it doesn’t stay in your hair tho) but my hair still feels dry and gets frizzy so I have to end up adding a leave-in conditioner. I’ve tried a few times styling with the blow dryer then tried and let it air dry but I get the same results… dry and frizzy. I’m thankful to try different products but sad when they don’t work out like I hope :((

I love using salon-grade hair care products, so I was absolutely thrilled to receive this set. The pump dispensers are very convenient, and the bottles themselves look attractive. Both the shampoo and the conditioner have a good consistency — not too thick and not too runny. The shampoo lathers well, and the conditioner spreads evenly through the hair. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. However, that’s where the positive aspects end for me. This hair care line simply didn’t work for me. I have long, bleached hair that requires constant intensive care, and unfortunately, this shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel dry, brittle, and dull. On top of that, it stripped my toner very quickly — after just two washes, I had to re-tone my hair to avoid looking like a yellow chick. Perhaps this shampoo and conditioner would work well for non-color-treated hair, but sadly, it’s not the right fit for me

You definitely need the conditioner to counteract the drying effects of sulfates. The 0% parabens is a start. The scent is non-descript. Just leaves you smelling fresh and clean.

It felt a little too stripping for the dry ends of my hair. I have less than an average person's amount of hair so really like that this adds volume. Strands feel soft. Noticed my hair wasn't limp or greasy even after 24 hours. Conditioner (5 star): Creamy texture that's not too thick. Able to spread and coat the bottom half of my damp/wet hair thoroughly. Slippery feeling but still easy to rinse off. Leaves my hair super soft and silky. Both has fragrance that's pleasantly sweet and lingers. Large bottles lasts a long time. Very good value.

In 2025, all of my hair care should have a convenient pump instead of the flip tops that constantly break. The shampoo is so creamy and foams great. The conditioner makes my hair really soft. The smell isn't strong and it's quite nice!
