Bought this for my 7-year old grandson who absolutely loves Minecraft. He was excited to receive this set. The instruction booklet was clear with pictures, the bags of pieces numbered so he knew which bag to open next, and was challenged as he put this together. It comes with so many pieces and is a blast to play with. It kept him busy for a long time. I highly recommend this Lego Minecraft set.

Bought this set for my son. It's a fantastic set, and he was able to put it together in a couple of hours. he loved all the minifigs it came with from the movie. Major plus was the Walmart cash offered over the holidays for this set. If your kids loves minecraft, and they will enjoy this set.

I was not sure to get this but my kid insisted and it was completely worth it. It’s a cool mini version of the movie, ideal to recreate scenes and even mix with other Minecraft Legos. Definitely worth the money, plus kids get quality time building and creating rather than looking tv or video games!

This was a birthday present for my 8 year old son. HE LOVED IT! He immediately ripped it open and spent the next hour building the entire set by himself. Now we use it with our other Minecraft lego sets to battle and play. The little trap door egg dispenser is super fun!

Want the amazing hot spicy flavor of Lava chicken then this lego set is for you. My kid loves it and won't stop singing that Steves lava chicken song while playing with it. my brain might be scattered at this point from the repetitive screaming of melodies but it's worth it knowing it brought him joy. it's a great set for anyone that loves the game and movie.

My son had a great time building the Lego Minecraft Movie Ghast Balloon Village Attack set. My son loves that the ghast balloon shoots Lego discs. We have a lot of fun with that. It also includes one of his favorite parts from the movie, the Steve’s lava chicken building which is also interactive as the chicken on the roof of the building will “lay” an egg. The directions were straightforward and easy for him to put together. This would be a great collector set and it would be for us except my son loves to play with it so much.

After perusing all of the Minecraft themed Legos available, my 7-year old chose this one to give her 11-year old brother for Christmas because it really has the best variety of parts and mini figs. I mean, who doesn’t want a Jack Black Lego? It looks JUST like his character in A Minecraft Movie! This is a fun set because it’s multiple builds in one, not just one building or one item. It’s not the most challenging set, so I would say it’s probably okay for 7 or 8 vs the 10 age on the box. This set also has so much potential for interactive play, so I would highly recommend it if you’re not just looking for one that your kids will enjoy building but also want to play with interactively for hours. This set isn’t cheap, but I do feel the price is fair in comparison to other Lego sets and is a fair value. Walmart delivered it to us seamlessly with no issues.

An excellent Minecraft and Lego collaboration, and a fantastic fit for both. I mean, who knows building blocks better than Lego and Minecraft? My boys love it and I had a blast helping them build the individual set pieces. Definitely worth every penny for multiple reasons, I highly recommend for anyone who enjoys Lego or Minecraft.

The ghast is really the only reason to get this, and it's fine. But they threw in the other stuff as filler to make it seem more worth buying and it's all just meh. So it just winds up being more expensive than it needs to be. But it is pretty much what you expect it to be.

Kids that love the movie Minecraft would love this Lego set! It’s based right off the movie and the price was definitely worth it. I seen the exact Lego set at Legoland but it was expensive at the time but I still wanted to buy it. The quality of the product is top notch, watch out for younger kids so they don’t swallow it.
