[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been having a lot of fun putting these gym mats through their paces. They are light and very easy to set up, move around, and reconfigure. They also have a nice thickness to them and the foam doesn’t give much under weight, which enables you to comfortably do activities on surfaces that would otherwise be far too hard. I brought mine out by the pool for a little stretching and meditation (neither of which would have been pleasant on our wood deck alone), and these mats made both activities very comfortable and enjoyable. The individual mat pieces “lock” together with cuts outs that look like puzzle pieces and link together. They hold the mats together very nicely when using them to workout on hard, flat surfaces, making the mats very secure and giving you good traction. The connectors didn’t hold up quite as well when I tried them out in the grass, however, even though the ground where I set them up was fairly flat. They held up to a little bit of kickboxing, but started to pull apart and separate after only a couple of minutes. Even after sliding around in the grass for a while, they were very easy to clean: just hosed them off and wiped them dry before bringing them back inside. All in all, these mats perform well and absolutely serve their purpose well inside and on solid surfaces outside, but it would be great to be able to use them in the yard and on grassy surfaces too. They withstand heavy workouts and loads without showing any signs of wear and tear. Even after several months of intense use, they retain their shape and integrity. This speaks to the high-quality materials used in their construction. Traction The traction of these mats is fantastic! They do not slip during workouts, providing safety and comfort. Even during high-intensity exercises, I feel confident knowing the mats will stay in place. This is especially important for exercises that require stability and balance. Comfort These mats are very comfortable to use. The thickness and softness are perfectly balanced to provide cushioning and support during workouts. I no longer feel discomfort in my knees and elbows when performing floor exercises. Additionally, they are great for yoga and Pilates, offering the right level of softness. Maintenance Maintenance of these mats is very easy. They clean easily with a damp cloth, and even after intense workouts, they do not retain odors or accumulate dirt. This keeps them clean and ready for use at any time. Thickness The thickness of the mats is ideal for various types of workouts. They are thick enough to provide cushioning and protection for the joints, but not so thick as to make exercises difficult. I feel the optimal level of support and comfort during my workouts on these mats. Overall Impression I am very satisfied with the Gym Flooring Exercise Mats and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product for their workouts. They offer excellent durability, traction, comfort, and ease of maintenance. They are a great choice for both home workouts and professional use in the gym. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great mats! We have another brand of these in our workout room and these are way lighter but just as durable. These are also softer to work out on and stay tightly connected throughout a workout. I don’t know if they are compatible with all other brands, but they seem to connect well with the set we already have. I love the texture both for the look and for the traction, and the edge pieces are great for a straight edge so you can sweep up around them so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The floor exercise mats are great quality and offer good padding for my body while I am stretching and exercising on the mats. It was easy to put together. There was a slight odor from the mats initially but went away after being aired out for a few days. The mats offer 24 square feet padding. I recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is a thin and light mat, a good material, but definitely not for high impact, it gonna attend well for yoga, pilates, and strengths. I absolutely love it for doing my abs workout, but you have to be careful cause it doesn't create any friction against the floor and sometimes it can be slippery (almost fell off a few times lol). Easy to clean.

I’ve used them on our concrete basement floor (unfinished) and they are thick enough to add some support. Still used a yoga mat on top when doing floor exercises to add some extra cushion but overall, they were what I expected.

I also have used it for a mat that my toddler can safely play on. The daily cleaning of the mat has been easy and has not held up well. The added value of this mat is it also comes with a 3 month free subscription to an exercise app. Great experience so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mats are super durable and comfortable to the feel. They also have good traction so you can do all kinds of yoga too! There was six squares in total but I only put together four, for my workout. They cover a good amount of area so you don’t need a bunch depending on what exercise your doing !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these exercise mats! As someone who loves doing home workouts and lives in a one bedroom apartment, these are a game changer. Put them together when I want to do a quick Pilates workout in the morning and take them apart to store away when I’m done! The are also very easy to clean, I just wipe them down with a wet wipe after every workout while occasionally cleaning with a heavier product weekly.

I put them under the floor of the children's playroom to help keep them safe and prevent them from slipping on the floor and falling. If they do fall, it also limits the damage.
